Easy check in, this hotel was perfect because we wanted to visit the Madonna Inn and it was about 2 mins from the Inn. The rooms are big, but a little outdated and definitely needed more lighting. The hotel was close to food and shopping. The embassy suites happy hour and free breakfast is always amazing.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Overall kid friendly but pool was pretty cold so the kids didn’t stay in long. Close to shops and restaurants.

The staff at this hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms seem a little worn and the a/c didnt work but we would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Super Clean. Breakfast was amazing. Traveled with 2 little girls and they absolutely loved the Heated indoor pool. Walking distance to a shopping center with has a Sushi Restaurant.

Problems with the door lock. Got another room and the refrigerator did not work. They did replace it though. Decor was dated. Omelets were good.

Have not stay at an ES for some time. Will look forward to more.

Pros: Hotel rooms are spacious, suites with kitchenette. Perfect for our family. They have a large lobby area with nice continental breakfast. Free drinks and snacks at night. The pool is indoor and heated. Near a lot of shopping and about 7 minute drive to downtown. Rooms and hotel are clean. Staff very friendly. Cons: It rained over the weekend and water got in our room. Noticed lots of buckets catching leaks around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and moved our room. New rooms heater/air conditioner was broken. The water pressure isn’t great and broken shampoo holders in the shower. Hotel could use some repairs and upgrades. Overall good value, conveniently located and pros outweigh the cons.

Overall pleasant stay. Easy check in, staff at the front desk were welcoming and attentive to our needs. The room itself was clean, somewhat in need of some remodel. We had a leaky tub faucet, and issues with the toilet but that was resolved by the staff. Daily breakfast with made to order omelettes made the stay even better. The staff worked hard with the amount of guests present. We enjoyed our stay.

Everyone was amazing. Everything was clean inside and out of the room. Shower pressure could’ve been better.

We had such a great time, everyone was so nice, check in with super easy. The lady on our floor help me out when I just wanted a trash bag and extra towels. She was so kind. Breakfast was great even though everyone was snatching all the food. The bartenders were so kind. And the bar burger was so yummy.

Paid $400 breakfast for 3 people per night, or that's what it felt like. We stayed in the SouthEast corner of the building and our stay was not as pleasant as we had expected. We stayed 3 nights on a weekday during the holidays (post-Xmas but pre-new years) and the hotel seemed to be short staffed. Pros: -Breakfast included (omelette was pretty good) -Hotel location is in close proximity to markets and stores -Ample parking -Clean gym and pool (I didn't use but was nice to have) Cons: -We were greeted at our door with dirty, empty plates and cups. We called front desk to have it cleaned up but they didn't clean up til next day evening. -There was a loud and constant vibrating/humming noise throughout the entire day. It sounded like a bathroom air vent or a washing/drying machine that was constantly running. Front desk said it occurred throughout the entire building but turned out this was a lie when we walked to the other side of the buildings. We also were denied to switch rooms due to unavailable rooms when there were rooms available listed online. -On our last day, the balcony flooded from the rainfall and it seeped into the bedroom. -Minor: Bathroom was not stocked up nicely, and the Body Wash bottle holder was broken. -Building and rooms are old and outdated. They need remodeling and maintenance done. -Beds were uncomfortable. Mattress was sinking, and pillows were flat.

The layout of this hotel is made for noise! The breakfast hall functions as an echo chamber and all the noise floats upward into the rooms. The happy hour in the evening extends until around 10 pm and the noise does not die down until after the bar is closed. The rooms, while spacious, are in need of an update. There were stains on our ceiling and the carpet was worn. Overall it not look fresh.

1. Room next door partied loud until 1am. 2. Heater not working. 3. Loud humming in the room and everything was shut off. 4. Shower dripping consistently. 5. Breakfast was unorganized and people cutting line and out of food and plates and having to search for assistance. 6. With Expedia stayed at 2 other Embassy Suites this same year and both made this look like a 2 out of 10 and then both a 10 out of 10.

This was the second time I stayed at this Hotel. The first one was excellent but this time was kinda mediocre. The bathroom appeared to be outdated. There was 5 of us staying there was only provided 1 small shower towel, 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels The shower knob was very difficult to turn on and off and when turned off water was still dripping.

Stay was ok. It was a mission trip with our Grandson who is doing his project on mission San Luis Obispo. The hotel was average. Breakfast not so good and room was just ok. Served our needs for two days.

Although the hotel is near 101 freeway, it is very quiet. In addition, I really like the breakfast in the morning.

Requested king room and given a queen. Nights sleep in queen room extremely uncomfortable comfortable. When asked for a king room for our second night I was told to go get a cup of coffee since I had what I ordered.
