This property was a nice clean and decently maintained property. I stayed here for almost a month and had a second room for my friend who was also in Mobile helping me do some work on a new house I purchased for my mother.

My room appeared to be clean, beds made neatly, towels folded nicely, but once i was in the room for a couple hours, everything started to fall apart. The shower head came off while i was showering. It appeared to be cracked. Little spiders were on the "clean" towels. The room didn't have trash cans. The window curtains & shower curtains had stains! The light in the bathroom did not work. The morning i checked out, i saw roaches in the bathroom! Overall, my experience was terrible. It's definitely not worth the money they charge. Would not recommend!

The lady at the front desk when my wife and I checked in was great. However, the first room we were giving someone had been smoking weed in the room and it was absolutely terrible. My wife would not even stay in the room while I called downstairs. This was no reflection on the lady at the front desk. As soon as I told her, she gave us another room and checked out the other room for herself. The new room has a ac problem. It was either blowing heat or the AC until. It literally went from one to the other. It was my wife's birthday. So we tried to make the best of things after going for her birthday dinner. Also, a major safe issue is the back door that Never seems to be locked. Its been a few years since I've stayed here and they still have the same safe issues now as they did then. SMH.

The shower went everywhere but on the person. The A/C didn't work properly. The mirror framing wasn't sealed properly.

The hotel room was good for the price per night. It was a comfortable stay. We were there for five nights and housekeeping never came. We had to get our own towels and they never took out trash or cleaned the room daily.

Excellent location and price. Still under their opening, a few thing’s weren’t ready, but they were minor… i.e. Ice Machine.

The wifi did not work in either of the three rooms. There was no telephone at all in the room or no telephone that functioned in any rooms. I was moved three times and in the "best" room the bathroom light did not work. The breakfast had no coffee until I requested it. There was no butter, honey, or jelly for the toast. The staff were defensive. I will never stay at this chain again. I thought falsely that Best Western maintained quality standards.

Disgusting! This hotel is terrible, everything is very dirty, it smells very bad, the rooms, the beds smell like cigarettes and other things! It's not a place to go with the family. The Mr. at the reception was very friendly.

Room was comfortable. The vanity sink drains slowly. Safe doesn’t work.
Desk check-in representative was courteous and patient. The check out clerk was nice.

No AC in lobby or breakfast area. No room keys given out because locks not working on any rooms. Had to be let in room by employee every time we returned. No phone in room, no blanket for bed.

Hotel lobby had peeling paint on ceiling and a strong scent in lobby ; never went any further as their keybcard machine was not working and I did not want to deal with having to have staff open the door any time we were to leave. Outside, the appearance was poor due to unkept grounds.

The tv did not work, the safety latch on door was broken, the carpet was worn and each time i entered my room someone had to come let me in. After i complained about tv not working nothing was done. Would not recommend

Outside property not mowed & trimmed! Key card machine malfunction! Kitchen staff was inattentive to most breakfast menu items! Desk staff were caring and very helpful. I felt sorry for them!

The conditions of the hotel was horrific not to mention that water was leaking off the bathroom tile floor. The rooms card readers were not working in the entire comfort inn building. The desk people have to open with a key. Also it seems to be like a place where prostitution is present and this is very unsafe for travelers and children’s. This was one of the worst stays of my life. Shame to Comfort inn management/owners if you think this is a joke go check out room 126. Even the exit door glass has cracks I mean this is insane!!

Price was sufficient for the older hotel. Bathroom was extremely clean and bed mattress was comfortable. A/C unit was not adequate for high temperatures, but room was located on 3rd floor. Showerhead did not distribute any water on any setting, yet there was plenty of water pressure and hot water in tub faucet. It just sputtered. Ice machine on my floor was not working. No big deal because there was a Coke machine reasonably priced. The staff was accommodating even as I checked in at 10PM. Their system was down, and they couldn't make a room key. However, they let me in with a master key which was fine. Breakfast was good but Hotel A/C in general could use some updates. I would stay there again, all things considered.

I liked the staff, very customer friendly, breakfast hot and delicious, bed was comfortable. I did not like the dilapidated, dirty and stained building, floors, furnishings and appearance. I also didn’t like that we did not have a key for the four days and had to be let into the room. I will make sure I don’t stay there again.

Place was a dump. The hallway stunk. There was a pool with water so nasty that it must be used for science experiments. Several of the table lamps did not work. Several electrical outlets did not work. The hair dryer did not work. The shower curtain rid was broken.

Great and immediate check in. For the price was well worth it. Only thing I could ask for additionally is I did not have a comforter on my bed although the sheets were clean and I got 4 super small like decorative sized pillows instead of regular sized pillows I will be back . Check in was fast and simple . Very quiet.

The hotel was understaffed and I waited for 15 Min before check-in. The room was clean, and comfortable. The room business chair was worn and in poor condition. The lamp on the desk did not have a bulb and the room refrigerator was not defrosted. There were clothing from a previous in the drawers. The room shower did not have any hot water. maintenance was called but could not correct the issue.
I will not be returning to this location until rennovations are made.

This was the dirtiest hotel i ever stay at the rooms was discussing the had no towels the staff was polite but the condition of the hotel was very discussing we did even look st what they had for breakfast it looks nasty the fridge was broken it was jus horrible one of the worse stay i ever had

So he gave me towels that they clean rooms with to put on the floor. And when I call to report it Monday to the general manager of this property she was very rude and nasty. Cussing me on the phone will I am trying to explain. I will never stay there again.

The front desk workers were very nice. Once we got into our room it had a very strong smoke smell in it. It floor was very dirty with what looked like smushed candy bars all in the carprt. Just not clean at all. Also there was black mold very present in the bathroom on the ceiling.
