The room was newly remodeled and refreshed. Initially, the wall-mounted thermostat appeared not to work. The general manager was on the property at the front desk. She took the time to come to the room and explain that during the remodel some of the wall thermostats didn't get reconnected. The thermostat on the heater still worked. I really appreciated that I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The reason we chose this hotel was because they have a hot tub. We got to the pool area and the hot tub was out of order. They never bothered to tell us that at check in.

I liked how quiet and clean that it was......After some joyous moments, one needs a place for quiet de-stressing relaxation.....

We booked this hotel fairly last minute and decided to go with it for cost purposes. This can be a good decision or not a great decision - in this case it felt like an in between. The property appears to be getting some updates, but the rooms could use some updating and/or deep cleaning. The pool was cold and the hot tub jets did not work. The first room we were given was not actually cleaned so we were moved to the first floor. The staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was just fine and the attached restaurant was really nice to have. If you’re on a budget, this place is fine - but I would stay the $20-$30 more per night per room and stay somewhere else.

The restaurant, pool, and hot tub were great! No staff at the desk so you stood and waiting. The heater woke everyone up at 730 with the ticking.

When I checked in, my room was very dirty. There was literally feces on the toilet. I called and after a bit they sent someone to clean it. Then I noticed dog hair on the beds… ish. I’ve stayed here before and it was fine. Must have had some poor cleaning people lately.

We went for a quick getaway to relax.Found out that when we got there the hottub was out of order until the day before we left.Also our room was very noisey at night,there was a loud humming noise,like a motor running above our room.

The room was clean. Having an elevator is very handy when they put you on the second floor and the place is pretty empty! 😂
Breakfast eggs were cold.
Sausage not fully cooked.
AC was on in Breakfast room and it was freezing.
Did I mention that this was in our cold December in Minnesota?

Katrina the supervisor is rude and she allowed ber staff to check us out 3 hours before check out and then charged us $100 when we never checked out.

I liked this motel. THe beds were confy and so were the pillows. THe blankets were nice. Good bar and restaraunt connected to motel. Good variety at breakfast in the motel breakfast room. Which was free. I will stay again for sure if in this area again.

heater was very loud, fire alarm was stuffed with a hand towel, pack and play was broken and was no mattress so was not able to use

The hot tub temperature was that of a pool. The pool temperature was freezing and not swimmable. A shane because the pool area is nice and big and would be great if properly heated.

Staff is very friendly and they have a great breakfast. Pool is great not to many people in there at once. Me and my daughter had the whole pool to ourselves! This place is better than the Ramada Inn nearby.

The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, and the safe was locked and unfunctional.
Also, only a few of the hot tub jets were functioning and those exuded very little water pressure.
Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Staff was great. Property is getting old. The shower didn't work as the pull was missing. It also had black grit that collected after emptying the tub.
Beds were very comfy and the room seemed nice.
Breakfast was so/so. Powdered eggs and the coffee wasn't hot.

We stayed two nights at this hotel, Very beautiful hotel, rooms were beautiful! The front desk service was amazing, they were very accommodating and super nice! This hotel is also conveniently located next to whatever you need and it’s a beautiful area, we are making this our hotel from now on when in the area and telling other people about it as well, thank you for the best experience we could have at a hotel!

Walls are very thin and can hear conversations in other rooms. Housekeeping starts banging on door at 830 am when check out is noon.
