I was a little skeptical since it’s a best western but this hotel was so clean, the staff was amazing, the beds were really comfy, breakfast had a lot of different options. It has been remodeled recently as well.

The stay was OK. The breakfast was not good, it is a carb breakfast.

No frills hotel. Room was basic but had everything u needed to sleep.
Water pressure was awful and AC could be better.
Room had bright white lights I personally dislike.
New furniture as it has been recently remodeled but the bathrooms could use new tile and draining on the fixtures (there was rust and colors were obviously worn).
Walls are so thin. Can hear everyone walking down the hall and every person closing the door.
I wouldn’t say this is a 3 star as I expect those to be a little more comfortable.
Probably won’t stay here again as I just couldn’t get comfortable.

Room was lovely but bathroom really needs more shelf space to put toilet and makeup articles. Using the top of the commode is just not a sanitary place, with the only other option is for you to place your stuff on the floor under the sink👎

Hotel inside and outside was very clean and our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful plus a great breakfast included in stay!!! We will be back

Really great stay! Hotel and room were modern and had great amenities. Easy access to freeway. My only feedback is nitpicky - would love more healthy protein options in the included breakfast, and some dumbbells in the gym. Would also be nice if the windows in rooms opened; it got a bit stuffy and the AC was very loud (I know they have no control over this). Other than that it was perfect!

Great stay for a night! Comfy bed and super clean this was our first time staying at a best western plis hotel and great experience. Will be staying back in the future. Did not try the breakfast too early for us the cut off time. Great variety of cable channels.

Best Western is the best hotel in the town, I really enjoyed my 4 days stay, clean calm and amazing staff, corridors were clean and there was no bad smell around, highly recommended hotel for stay if you are planing to go on holidays to houston

Bathroom shower curtain bar and safety handle needed repair and the shower faucet dripped continuously causing the shower drain and pool of water surrounding the drain to be rusty.

The place is very clean, great parking, great location, and friendly staff. Breakfast is decent and the rate is very reasonable. Will definitely stay again should we go to Sugarland again. Only tiny issue i have is i feel like the bed is too soft for me. Im used to firm mattress.

In an almost empty 5 story hotel with 100 rooms, why did they put a large loud family in the rooms on either side of us? Especially when they arrived in the middle of the night?? Every time we talked to someone at the front desk they said they would do something or give us a refund, but never followed up. The smoke and fire alarms in the morning did not add to the ambience.

They scam the customers by charging fake damage fee like scribbling on the chair, table etc. They seem to target family with kid(s) to execute this scam. Of course, noone is going to file a lawsuit for $35. But, it will be a big money if they do this to 100 customers in a month. The hotel is average. The breakfast is average. The bed was low lying and not comfortable.

It was a restful stay. But there was a issue in the shower it was unstable and there was standing water almost slipped several times. i did let them know when I checked out hopefully they can fix it. But overall very nice and quiet place

We checked into the hotel at 10:30 PM. All we wanted to do was go to sleep because we had business to take care of the next morning. We were woken up at 4 AM to the guests next-door slamming room doors a child screaming this happened until 8:30 AM when I finally called the front desk, upon arrival to the hotel, there were people laying on the lobby sofas and having some sort of Friday evening get together as if they were at home in the area where people are supposed to have breakfast the next morning am I to assume that they cleaned that area after the skit together for the people having breakfast the next morning. Even after calling the front desk and complaining about the other guests nothing was done. We left at approximately 8:30 AM without breakfast without sleep and will not be back.
