Our room was clean, comfortable and the ac was fantastic. It was a short shuttle ride away to the airport and was provided by the hotel.

We reserved a king and they only had a double. Bad start.
The floor in the room was so sticky that we had to keep our shoes on.
The air conditioner sounds like a space ship. The bed linens were lacking. The shower head was barely hanging on and had bad pressure. Bathroom was so small and dark which made it hard to put makeup on. All of this would be fine in a cheaper hotel, but it was not cheap.
We won’t be staying here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but needed a few cosmetic upgrades such as covering chipped paint and worn holes in the carpet. Very clean place with an excellent restaurant downstairs.

The shower had no pressure. The blanket was filled with mole as well as the air conditioner. The dresser doors was messed up the bathroom vanity was leaking

the property need a up date on furniture and better beds.. are uncomfortable..

Room wasn’t ready when we got there after 5pm, due to washer/dryer breaking. Not their fault. We got to the room the floor was sticky, there was still garbage from previous people who were in the room, and the bathroom wasn’t completely clean. We were only at the hotel for one night, so we tried to overloook all the things, but a sticky for couldn’t be ignored.

Dirty bathroom, cold room. Terrible hotel shuttle- the driver was the cook because the regular shuttle van was under repair for 3 days.

The girl who checked me in was unpleasant. She acted like I was bothering her and she wanted me to just go away. Also, if you park a car on property, they should tell you at checkin that you have to keep your door key to get out of the parking lot. I was not happy waiting to get out when I was trying to get to the airport on time.

Loved the hotel very quite could not hear the neighbors next door. Was clean and easy access to freeway. Loved the shuttle from and too hotel. The staff was very friendly and gave awesome recommendations for dining.

It reminded me of spending a couple of days at your in-laws guestroom.....In the BASEMENT.
It's incredibly Outdated, old dirty looking bathtub. Odd smell in room that is camouflaged by cranking up the cold air extra high.

Enjoyed my stay here , the complimentary cookies were divine. Unfortunately the pool was grimy and filled with bugs.

Room was clean and super quiet despite being right across from the elevator. Bed comfortable and cosy. Ate at the restaurant on site and food was great. Staff were very attentive and even got a fresh baked cookie on check in. Will definitely be back when I’m flying on a red eye in the morning. Had a great stay and slept wonderfully. Airport shuttle is a plus also

I didn’t like the fact that the tub was dirty and when I asked to have someone clean it, no one ever came. I went to the desk directly and was questioned was it really dirty or is it stained? I told them go see for themselves and again no one ever showed up to clean it or see it. I had to use a friends room who was also staying at the hotel. When I asked for towels, I was told I will give you what I have which was hand towels versus bath towels.

The hotel looks a lot better from the inside than from the outside. Rooms are very clean and for the most are very pretty. I thought it was going to be a little more bigger, but overall was Ok. We did like it and will definitely be back.
