Our room had no microwave although hotels.com said there was one. We also didn’t get the room we booked through hotels.com. I paid for a double queen and the hotel tried to put us in a handicapped king one bed, based on what hotels.com had sent them. The hotel was awesome though and got us a room we wanted. The staff was great, mattresses were a little hard but everything else about the room was good.

The staff was friendly when we checked in and the room was clean. Loved the roll in shower. Breakfast was very good and had enough choices to pick from. Location was great since we came for a show at the Toyota Center. The price was $133. This hotel is not modern but we were ok with the room.

THE ROOMS SMELLED LIKE DECOMPOSING FLESH LITERALLY. I AM SENSITIVE TO SOME STRANGE THINGS BUT, THIS PLACE MADE ALL OF THE HAIR ON MY BODY SYAND STRAIGHT UP. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO THE GRIMM REAPER. MY PARTY AND I CHECKED OUT LESS THEN A HOUR LATER. WE TOOK A LOSS OF ALMOST $300.00'S. WE BOOKED A ROOM AT THE COMFORT SUITES IN KENNEWICK AND HAD A WONDERFUL STAY.

When we first arrived there was a barking dog next door; tried to change rooms but none was available. Did not hear the dog again until the morning. The iron did not work and the front desk said they had no more. My husband went to the front desk and asked if there was a spare room not being used with an iron and they brought that iron to our room. No wifi. The tv in the dining area was not working and the gal there said that they had been waiting for maintenance to come and fix it. Also the toilet when flushed continued to run water. My husband had to open the lid and fix it but it continued not to work each time it was used.

The room had no bath exhaust fan. Also no usb or electrical plug at bedside to charge phone or electrical plug in for heating pad. Very disappointed

We stayed here several times, but this time our stay was disappointed. We could hear a dog barking and running up and down the room next door. And people talking loudly in the other side. All this was happening after 11 pm.

I need to be compensated for the way you handled my cancellation the day of my arrival.That is when I was notified when I arrived at the desk to the Hotel after driving 4 hrs.I email that I seen telling me that Marriott cancelled was after the fact.So our trip started out awfull we had to go to a different town and pay more to get a hotel

Bathroom needs more lighting it was too dark to put makeup on . There were no extra blankets or pillows for the pullout bed extra sheets were but they were all waddled up in a big plastic bag like they were just thrown in there .

There was dead flies on the window sill along with other live flies flying around room. I could empty candy wrappers in the night stand. Towels were stained. Bathtub siding was cracked. Carpet stained.

It was good enough for our short trip. Two suggestions, we never saw anyone at the front desk. Only at check in and check out. Always in the back room. Really awkward not having anyone at the front desk to greet people or at least say hello. AC unit was not blowing as it should. We had to run it constantly and keep the blinds closed because it was 100 outside.

The only thing we thought was bad was the beds were hard as rocks and the breakfast were awful. Hard pancakes, food that was not even warm, gray sausage, no food even their and just overall gross

Was disappointed in what amenities were actually offered compared to what was listed on the listing. No hottub, no laundry and only an instant breakfast vs a breakfast buffet as advertised. Traveling with kids and had to pay additional $$ at an outside breakfast location. $175 is a lot of money not to get what we paid for

This is my disappointing experience with this hotel. They downgraded my reservation and did not let me know. When I realized of it, they accepted it and told me they didn't have the room I requested. That staying in that room was my only option if I wanted to stay. The room they gave me was a tiny one, that had housekeeping stuff inside. I asked them if they would refund money as they did downgrade my reservation, they told me that they couldn't, that I needed to reach out to Expedia directly. I asked them if they could at least acknowledge in written that they did indeed downgrade my reservation, they said no. I contacted Expedia, they requested a refund, the hotel said no. The end.
