Hotel is very old! Showers didn’t stay warm for all of us to shower. It felt dirty and we were uncomfortable. Pool didn’t have any towels. We were disappointed and would not stay there again.

By far the grossest hotel I have stayed at people walking behind the building all night, mind you the building was backed up to costco, but they were closed it was just random people, possibly guests who knows, people waiting in the parking lot meeting with other guests then leaving. There was mystery stains on the bedding and all over the chair, spots on the carpet, ripped curtains, 7 ft cob webs on the corners of the walls, what appeared to be black mold on the corners of the shower and a disgusting ring around the tub!

This place is just nasty. We we t to the pool which had trash and broken glass under one table. The carpets in the hall and room are gross with stains and the parking by the door in the landcape part was full of dog crap. That was beyond disgusting since i always pick up after my dogs and nobody bothers here. The hotel is just run down and nasty.

We checked in and there was no mention of the hottub being broken, it was ice cold. Our bed had poop on the sheets, the pull out couch had stains on it, the mattress and the sheets. There were big sticky black stains on the carpet. The pool was ice cold as well. When we told the front desk they said they already knew but again they didn't say anything when we checked in.

The first words out of the desk ladies mouth were well unfortunately you are in the B building. So this was a clue to what I was going to endure during my stay. We were in a separate building from the front desk upstairs without an elevator. The first two hours of being in our room there was a dog barking nonstop. I’m normally pretty understanding about little pop up things that just happen. Then we go to use the hot tub and pool area which we had to walk across the parking lot in our suits in the dark cold weather. We also had to walk back with wet suits on because we were roomed in a completely different building. The pool area was very dirty once we could actually use the hot tub. We waited for over an hour in the lobby because there were children in the pool diving and splashing running back and forth from pool to hot tub definitely not an enjoyable environment so we chose to wait. During our wait the desk clerk went into the pool area because another guest complained about people having drinks in the pool area but the noise and running was not addressed. I decided I had paid for the use of the tub and I was going to do so we squeezed in with 6 others. Shortly after the kids and parent left so we did have about 30 minutes of peace in the hot tub. I had also mentioned the dog barking and the staff gave me a crazy reply and laughed oh yeah I’ve spoke to the lady she knows about it and has been fined no apology nothing. So overall this was not a good stay won’t be returning.

When we checked in the clerk wasn’t that friendly. I asked if they gave AARP or veterans discounts and she said no since we didn’t book with them, she sounded rather upset. The heat in our room didn’t work, she did offer us another room but it was in another building (A) and we were in B. We were able to get an extra blanket.

My only complaint is the heater didn’t work and the water didn’t really get hot either.

We had to leave and go to another hotel because the room they gave us smelled so bad and they didn’t have an available room to move us to.

Older,
However, we have stayed in hotels literally all over the world… even in Haiti And poor parts of Mexico and NEVER before seen mouse poop in beds. The first night we were exhausted and I told my husband it sounded like a mouse was in the wall but I didn’t hear it the second night. The third morning I woke up to find a turd right by chest. Went to get my daughter up and she had a fresh one right beside her hip as well. That was extremely disturbing!!
Not one but BOTH beds had a piece of fresh poop in them.
Absolutely disgusting and just inappropriate.
Pro:The staff was all very kind and welcoming.
Con:
They packed up breakfast 20-25 minutes before it was over and already had chairs on the tables half hour prior to ending as well.

The front desk lady at check-in was kind of rude and had a bit of an attitude.
Hot tub was exactly what I need before medical procedure.

Got up in the morning and was greeted by a cold shower. I informed the staff of the issue and gpt the ole, "well everyone was probably taking showers at the same time," excuse. The property was not even close to being at capacity. Also, the staff members acted like she could care less about my stay. There are many other properties in Twin Falls, ID. To choose from. Do yourself a favor and stay at a different hotel.

Swimming pool and hot tub are always a hit with the kids. Hot tub jets didn't seem to be working at the time but the pool was good for kids

The side entrance to go outside didnt lock, and that made me feel unsafe that anyone could just walk in.

Close to everything.

The staff made the checking in process quick and easy. I thought it was weird that they asked if I wanted to buy a credit card, though. The bed is firm. The pool area needs an update but it's nice and I like how late it is open.

Honestly probably the worst stay and experience ever. The food never has flavor. They serve the same thing every day and the yogurt they serve is expired.

The breakfast was decent. Coffee was awful, not drinkable. Beds were average, fairly hard, with 2-3 half pillows. Toilet would not flush, but staff brought me a plunger, so I could fix it.

The hotel was VERY clean except for the elevator. The elevator floor was filthy from snow/mud being tracked in. Breakfast was good both days (scrambled eggs daily; biscuits & sausage-gravy 1 day, sausage links the second). Make-your-own mini-waffles, fruit, cold cereal, milk, juices, etc. were also available between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m. Our room was nice with a very firm (per my wife: hard) king size bed. The AC/heater unit worked well AND was quiet. Minimal exterior noise despite the location being in a busy business district. Not sure why they call our room a "suite." There is no wall separating the bedroom from the desk/love seat area. The bathroom sink (situated outside of the toilet/tub room) drained VERY, slowly. Hot water was quite slow in coming but there seemed to be plenty available once it arrived at the faucet/shower head. They provided a rubber safety mat for the tub floor. The shower head was so scaled up with mineral build up that it impeded water flow and prevented adjusting the settings on the shower massage. The mini fridge was clean and functional but the freezer portion in our fridge as well as in a 2nd room in which our relatives stayed was so clogged with excess frost it made them nearly unuseable (no exaggeration!). The bathroom exhaust fan was loud! The housekeepers were friendly & helpful; reception staff were earning a paycheck. Not a bad hotel - it would be nice with improvements to day-to-day maintenance & a smile from the front desk staff.

The room smelled like sweat and corn chips. The security doors worked half of the time and to have breakfast and I had leave one building to go to the other. Even though all of the facilities were in the building I stayed in. If your company is reporting profits then you you can afford to properly staff your hotel. I asked the front desk for towels and they said they weren’t kept there and I’d have to wait for housekeeping to get around to my room and she she seemed upset that I was bothering her. Will not stay again.

Place needs to cleaned so bad. I saw the other reviews and thought maybe they were just picky, no! It is so gross! Wall paper falling off, line stains all over sheets and comforter topper, carpet needs to be replaced. The carpet is so gross and has chunks missing. The cleaners didn’t come 2 days in a row and said they did. We went to get towels and there were none because they handed them out to all the kids in the pool. The walls are paper thin. I told front desk peoples kids were screaming and jumping off the beds at 3:30 am! They did nothing. I banged on the ceiling one night to make them quiet down, after the third night we went to their room! Breakfast was okay, coffee was never hot and the hot water was never hot but the staff doing breakfast was rude. The short older lady never smiled or greeted you. The bigger older lady talked to everyone sat around the dinning area watching tv and she was very critical of people. Third morning there she said to me about another guest, “this lady is p****in me off she’s been down here twice already, this isn’t a F***in grocery story!” I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. We complained to the front desk, they said they’d switch our room but never did. Our keys worked only half the time. I asked for a refund and was told to take it up with Expedia….

Husband and I made a pit stop for the night to rest while on our way to Arizona, check in was quick and easy. Location is great, lots of dining options in walking distance and target for any last minute things needed as well. For the value, great place for a good nights rest.

It was inconvenient at best...but for the price very disappointing. Having old card readers that took a few tries or had to walk around to another entrance. The fact the property has 2 buildings but has the B building with no one at that desk and also doesn't have the indoor pool and spa available, so if want to enjoy the indoor pool and spa oh and breakfast be prepared to walk across the parking lot in the cold. The staff was very good though.

The room they put me in was disgusting. There was a huge ugly stain on the carpet that went more or less all the way through the entire room. It looked more or less fresh. The bottom of the mattress had been shredded as if someone had left an animal in the room unattended. The drape was also ripped. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was broken. I left my luggage in the room to return to the front desk. I asked the clerk if I could get my money back or if they could put me in a different room and explain to her how awful the room looked. She told me she didn’t like my attitude and would prefer that I checked out plus I’d have to go through Expedia to get my money back. She was not helpful at all. Confrontational from the get go. Quality Inns are usually pretty good but not this one. I will not be staying in Quality Inn’s again.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had in a while. Although the check process was easy and great, the room was a disaster. Surfaces were clean however the bed was in sad shape and the carpet looked liked a rager went on in there. Obvious spots and stains on carpet. I would not recommend any one chose this facility.

We stayed 5 days, we asked for our room to be cleaned twice and they did not do it. They ran out of breakfast food early.

Customer service was excellent, they handled the one issue we had with the condition of the room by moving us to another suite. Location excellent near shopping and dining.

Please update your hotel! The carpet had stains, the pillows were so flat and lumpy i could have slept better with a sock. The bed was old and uncomfortable. I will not stay again.
