I was definitely about 30 minutes from my event but so happy we was here as the Leath welcome us the surroundings we're clean nice. Omg those pillow and bed was so comfortable. Definitely gotta what I payed for.

I was able to change my room from smoking to non-smoking without any difficulty up arrival

She was nice i booked a non smoking room she stated that hotels.com. had it as a smoking room. She immediately changed it. Great job thanks!!!

Sleepless night killing bugs. Management seemed concerned and was nice enough to refund our money.

I chevjed into room 223 and the toilet was broken and roaches were everywhere. Talked to Anita at the front desk and she said she couldn't do anything about it and the manager waa on vacation until Monday. Talked to the maintenance guy the next day and he said our room shouldn't have been rented out due to it needing repairs and cause of the roacgrs. He did temporarily fix the toilet but we had to still hear the running warer thru the niggt. We traveled from Arizona and it hurt me to my soyl that I had to stay in a place like that for 2 days. I give this property a. 5 out of 5 rating

My cousin suggested this hotel because she thought they were clean. I was truly disappointed in the room we received. We traveled from Arizona to attend my couain funeral. First night in the room i opened the fridge and there were roaches dead and alive in the fridge. In the bathroom the bathtub was dirty, dead roaches on the floor. The next morning we ran into the maintenance man and he informed us that the rooms were not aupposed to be rented out because the rooms needed work. He was nice enough to come to my room and spray but the TV was still broken. When we asked Anita at the front desk what she can do and whybwould ahe rent the rooms out if they werent auppossd to be rented out all she said was call the manager tomorrow. Anita is working in hospitality I would expected a little more professionalism and compassion. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was clean but there was roaches in the bathroom of the room I stayed in .

Had a good stay no problems or issues would stay again. Nice people.

TV remote didn't work in first room. Hair dryer didn't work in second room. Air conditioner leaked a lot of water onto the floor in the room.

Quick check in, quiet and restful night, breakfast was fine.

Absolutely amazing all the time.

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The breakfast had sausage links and eggs for those that are low carb like myself . It was disappointing that the pool was not working or available. And the place was definitely rundown with people drinking outside our room since the door opened to the parking area. My brothers room had some flying bugs in their room and she had some bites from something . I did not have this problem

Mr Nearns was excellent at check in! Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I liked the bedding and the breakfast. However, the hotel is in need of a cosmetic update.

It was definitely an okay stay for one night. The floors were filthy but everything else was clean. And It’s time for all the rooms to be smoke free.

Did not have vending machines near rooms. Had to go to office and but from desk clerk.

Everything was great from the room to the food.

We arrived at night and checked in our room. We started showering and noticed the water wasn’t draining in the tub. We had to delay our showers due to maintenance not being available until the next morning. We had a family of 4 and were only give 3 towels initially. When we asked for more towels we were told we had to return towels before we could get more. I had to help them understand that we weren’t given the right amount of towels initially and then the lady got an attitude instead of trying to understand my frustration…this hotels charges way more than it’s actually worth.
