Overall it was an excellent experience. The room was clean and we didn’t require any service from the staff; the room was adequately equipped with all the necessary essentials. The only inconvenience during our stay was the toilet. The toilet wouldn’t flush because it required a certain amount of water in the tank to properly flush. That was a major inconvenience.

This hotel no longer serves free breakfast. This was a big disappoinment to find out. In future I will search for hotels which serve free hot breakfast. Just a half mile away is a Hilton which does serve a free hot breakfast. If it wasn't for an emergency in my choice, I would have stayed at the Hilton JUST for the free hot breakfast. You don't think these hotels make enough money to offer their customers this???

We always have a pleasant stay. The staff is wonderful. The commode in the bathroom in the room could have been a little cleaner.

The room and bath was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were quite comfortable. Only complaint was that firmer pillows should be available. The area is very quiet and also close to a variety of restaurants.

Contacted on the day of check in that the room was no longer available. The rep indicated he would make a reservation closer to our current location. I told him to contact my wife because I was in the hospital. He did call and left a voice mail. When she called, she reached another operator who had no idea what the rep (Dewan) set up. My wife ended driving back to Maryland that evening.

Very nice , quiet , clean, easy parking, convenient side doors hotel. Staff is nice and helpful, but I was very frustrated for no microwave in room, and there is coffeemaker but without coffee pot. I need hot water in the morning for my medication need but do not have it.

My overall experience is fine, However, a couple of things worth mentioning are the air conditioning system is not central and worst, unreliable, noisy and ineffective.

There was construction outside our room, with non-stop beeping noise starting at 7am.
The TV also automatically turned on at 2am with a bright Sun on the screen.
It woke my dad up and he didn’t know how to turn it off, so he barely slept.

We had wonderful accommodations at this Marriott. Our trip was successful and so much fun. We’d definitely choose the Marriott again. This location was perfect for us to get around the Tri-State area!

The location was very convenient in regard to where I was visiting- a 10-minute drive. The front desk staff was very nice and courteous. My reservation was upgraded to a suite. The room was very clean and spacious. Great hot water and water pressure in the shower. The area and the hotel were quiet. I only stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again for any reason.

photos are definitely better than the actual condition. this is an old hotel (popcorn ceilings, etc) that has been renovated, but it's showing it's age. The HVAC had no deadband on the temperature setting, so it was either running the AC or the heat--nothing in between...but it also had an motion sensor, so the HVAC seemed to turn off when we weren't regularly walking past it (like at night). There was no option to let the fan run (without AC), and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the bathroom smelled mildewy. One pillow had some gross mildew-like stains on it. The gym was full-featured, if not a bit dank.
To be fair, none of these issues were reported to management, so they did not have a chance to rectify anything.

I made reservation through expedia but there was no room at arrival.
Frontdesk guy told me, he would look for another hotel at 12am midnight. I went there by lyft.
I paid it and my room should be available at arrival.
