Run down, dirty, gnats flying around the room, bed sheets had yellow stains and there were blood spots on the pillow case. Stay at your own risk....

There was a busy Mexican restaurant across the street and no pet area. Traffic was constant and the area a bit rundown.

Good for a one night stay. Nothing fancy just a regular room with a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was cereal, toast, mini muffins, and juice.

For the price hotel was too good!! Friendly staff, clean rooms - spacious rooms - well maintained. Would def recommend if looking for clean, safe and budged friendly place.

Worst motel I have ever stayed at in my life and I am 70 years old. Shocked it is associated with Holiday Inn Express. Filth, rundown and uncomfortable. We are not picky and this fell way below what I consider acceptable. Should have left but just gave in to the late hour. Never again.

Good for stopover especially when you look tired from driving…

The lock on room145 was done difficult to pen. We went bs k to the office twice to get keys reloaded.

I booked a room for $48, so I wasn't expecting much and that's what I got. It was old, small tight parking lot. My room had seen better days. No lamps in the room, just a switch by the door for the ceiling light. Light over the shower didn't work. My room was clean, and the bed was alright for a one night stay. What can I say, it was a $48 room. I canceled my reservation for my return trip and spent a little more for a nicer place for my return trip.

This room was spacious and bed very comfortable. It was a real good deal! Id stay here again.

An excellent trip to Page. A nice place to stay. Clean and friendly. Checkin was a little slow. But all in all was a nice place to stay.

Room was fine. No frills. They allowed our dog which was accommodating.

For the price it was a very nice room and breakfast.

It was shopping distance and the park 👍👍👍

Without doubt I would give this a 5 star for perfect location, perfect breakfast choices, room size and good price. I would highly recommend it everyone for whom stay, location and good breakfast matters.

Receptionist was very inviting on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable and quite Breakfast was basic but ok Park across the road if you have dogs with you but not leash free Lots of resturants within a few mins walking Would definitely stay here again.

Price was good. Breakfast and lady putting out food was pleasant.

Broken mirror holds with duck tape still no is loose from wall. Excellent breakfast lots to choose from in small eating place. Very god coffee. Bed is solid comfy 4 high pillows on bed plenty of towels. If not paying for more modern accommodation it’s a good deal

Hotel is older, but well cared for. It was clean inside and out. Impressed with the lack of garbage anywhere. Beautiful town

This was the worst room I have ever stayed in. Staff was fine. Absolutely filthy room and housekeeping walked right inside without knocking on our last day as we were getting dressed. Strognly suggest you avoid unless extremely desperate

This place needs to be updated. Carpets are old and rugged. Bathroom was old with rust stains on the sinks. Furniture is wobbly and falling apart. Holes in the walls that should be patched. No hairdryer which is standard for all motels/ hotels. It is a cheap place but it's time to get it in shape. Clean and comfortable beds.

The place was ok, guess they had some damage to the building. My room wasn’t super clean but for a pet friendly place it was ok. Regardless the staff was amazing which made up for what they lacked. Overall I had a pleasant stay with my fur baby companion

This hotel is in downtown Page and is within walking distance to the upper antelope canyon ride office and several restaurants. Rooms are budget priced and if you stay longer than a night, room service is every other day. The property is old. We stayed in room 230. That room is large and everything worked fine. The beds were comfortable. The shower provided hot water. The heater is extremely loud and drowns out the TV. The stairs nearest the room were being repaired. There is no elevator. The front desk staff can be a varied experience. At check-in, we had a lady who helped us patiently. Later there was another young lady who was much more brusque with answers. Breakfast is average and some equipment like the toaster and the juice machine are finicky. When we were there, there was no milk for a couple of days. On the whole, despite some niggles, we had a good stay. For one night stays for young people, it is an economical option. For those who need a higher quality of service, there are other hotels just down the road.

We traveled from Cedar City to Mesa, Az for Thanksgiving. Our check in was plesant and the room was very clean and comfortable.
