Room was clean, confortable and cozy

Breakfast was lackluster. Juice station was out of order and breakfast sandwiches were hard. Other than that it was a great stay.

My son and I stayed for a night when we were in town for the Morgan Wallen concert. We weren’t in the hotel much at all, but it was perfect for the one night stay. It was easy to find and I felt safe in the area it was in. Very close to Lucas Oil Stadium too! The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet during the night! They had a great selection of food at breakfast too! We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

Great staff and service. Everything was clean and breakfast area was kept stocked and clean. They are getting ready to renovate so there is some wear showing, but the kind staff and cleanliness matter more to me and that's where they excelled.

Yes it is a little dated, but very clean & the lady working the night shift was great- great staff there. We got in at 2 am, they didn’t bat an eye for a late checkout. Slept thru breakfast but looked like they had what you’d expect.

ALL of the staff was great!!! Mindy, Clarence, & Steve and the desk staff when we checked in on the Friday night - all very friendly and courteous. Don't know her name - but the lady who was in charge of the breakfast - also great. Clarence did a cartwheel in the lobby for my 7 YO granddaughter who was in town for the cheerleader competition. Above and beyond!!

Great choice to stay if you have an early flight from Indianapolis airport. Clean, quiet, has everything you need at a reasonable price and friendly staff.

The team members were extremely helpful and their reaction time was immediate. The breakfast was amazing Thursday-Saturday but when the regular person wasn’t there for breakfast on Sunday, it was definitely lacking. There are some upgrades that need to occur in this facility and although they said they are scheduled for the end of the year, there are small things they can do now such as fix the TVs in the gathering area in the lobby and the workout room.

Fairfield Inn is a good choice for an overnight stay. It was quiet, there was a nice breakfast spread and the desk personnel were quite friendly and efficient.
My only complaint is that I was unable to turn down the fan in the room. I found it rather loud.

This hotel made it very easy to get to the airport, and the staff were all very nice and helpful.

Disappointed that the pool was closed. But the worst thing was that there was something white and disgusting on the sheer curtains. It looked like a bodily function and it completely grossed us out. Made ya doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the room.
Also, there was not a great selection of food places around. The website said there was a restaurant on site. There was not!

Difficult to find a parking spot. Breakfast items were in short supply. No one monitored the supplies - had to report to front desk when something ran out and took some time to replenish the item.

Very nice hotel, tucked away from the interstate with great dining options within minutes. Check-in was smooth and Room was nice, no issues. We were looking for a place to have dinner after traveling and The Library Restaurant and Pub was recommended. It exceeded our expectations in terms of atmosphere, service and the food, wow! The hotel offered lots of breakfast offerings, hot food on bland side, went out second day. We would stay here again if in the area.

Hotel was very dirty and outdated when the water in the shower turned on it smelled like mold food at breakfast was always empty and not to mention hotel was in a bad neighborhood definitely not what i expected from a Marriott

We booked our stay at this hotel because of the airport shuttle 11:00 and we needed to pay an additional $30 for a taxi. This should have been disclosed on website.

I will never stay in this hotel again. I will also be contacting Marriott as soon as I have time to let them know why. The sheets were clearly not even changed. The room was dirty. Even the elevators were dirty and smelly. I am not someone who usually complains but this was not a good experience. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Member and plan to see a refund on this night. This is the first time I've used Hotels.com and will probably not use them again.

The check in was quick and easy. All of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was clean and fairly modern. There was a strange Oder (maybe from HVAC?). Nothing major

In an area where many of the hotels by the airport are located, this hotel was very nice to spend the night at after flying in from across country.
Had a suite that had a giant pull out couch and separate tv room.
Free breakfast in the morning was very solid, had lots to choose from.
Would stay here again.

Elevator working, then not, then out. No staff to assist getting luggage down 3 flights of stairs. AC could not be adjusted so we put towel over it to lessen the frigid air blowing full blast. One meek, soft speaking employee when we checked in. The next morning, a person preparing bkfst who had to call the front desk person out of a side room to help those checking out and print receipts. She knew we were there too. Never again.
