Great trip wonderful pool awesome food.

Horrible. Worst experience in 20+ years. I need to talk to customer service. The view of our room. 2 seniors going for a relaxing trip and dealt with this for 3 days. You need to refund our money.

The Riverside is very convenient to Boise and surrounding areas. We enjoy the bike path access and easy walk to winery tasting rooms and brewery nearby.

It really depends on what room you are placed in this hotel . I have stayed here more than 30 times . Some stays completely enjoyable and spot on . Other nights I have questioned my choice . This resort allows dogs . Last night sleep was scarce as the guest above us was either deranged all night running around the room, not sure if it had 4 legs or two but it was an exhausting night listening to them . Even at 3 am . For the price you pay to stay here it’s disappointing when you feel like your room is in the ghetto .

We booked as locals for a couple's staycation and to celebrate our birthdays. The pool was amazing, jacuzzi outdoors could use more water, jacuzzi and pool indoor was awesome. Super DISAPPOINTED the sauna was not working. One staff member in the restaurant was very unaccomadating on our first morning there. Overall, we will try again..but will definitely make sure all the amenities will be up and running before booking.

Service is seriously lacking for this price point. Night check in to waitstaff were slow and unfriendly.

Brenda at reception was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. Cindy the bartender was also kind and helpful. Lots to do at the hotel, and dog friendly is a big amenity for us. Breakfast staff were also great. Good job all around.

Hotel currently under renovation- we stayed in the “old” part, with construction mess. Check in was great- friendly clerk. Room is large, but old. Bed uncomfortable, but clean. Housekeeping left our door open all day- didn’t close all the way because door doesn’t fully close unless forced. Great location by river & winery. Would strongly advise to pass on the “free” breakfast!

Unfortunately I was here for a stay cation with my daughter on her 11th birthday. Upon arrival the staff were super friendly, checked us in early and even gave me a drink coupon and free desert. Her and I swam in the indoor pool and then made our way out to the outdoor pool. The outdoor area so dirty, there were empty cups all over, we finished swimming and went back to our room. I tried calling for room service multiple times with no answer, tried calling the front desk again not a single answer. The next morning my daughter and her friend who also was staying went to the breakfast buffet while the adults packed and loaded the car. While at breakfast the waitress was extreamly rude, when she asked where the milk was she was told "its right in front of your face", they weren't checked up on, they weren't offered any drinks, the bill was brought instantly to her and she was shuffling stuff around the table for the bill and ended up touching her food, the server tried to take her plate of food while she was still eating and when she said wait i'm still working the server rolled her eyes and walked away. My daughter called me while eating upset and in tears by how she was getting treated. By the time I was finished packing up my car and starting to head over to the buffet she came back to our room asking to just leave. Great start, horrible ending.

Thoroughly enjoyed the pools. Wished the outdoor pool was open earlier than 4 pm. Your heating it let people use it!

The hotel was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.. But it’s winter in Idaho and the thermostat didn’t work. Our room was 60’ at arrival and we woke up to 57’ even with the temp set to max 80

Amazing breakfast and super helpful staff!!!

Beautiful hotel with the perfect accommodations! Drink, food, live music, a rural wonderland of every accommodation! From the free shuttle to the hot tub, EXCELLENT! The staff also commented on the Shoreview and personal care that the owners take of their staff. ANY high-end hotel should take note of the owners and their expertise!

The ceiling must be old and thin because I could hear everything above me. 3am in the morning bathroom ceiling was pouring water into our room.

We loved the breakfast buffet with live music. The bacon at the buffet was amazing! The staff at the front desk and servers at breakfast gave exceptional service. I enjoyed the art that was displayed and the retro feel. The property does have a musty smell. Maybe new carpet is needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here many times, staff is friendly & accommodating. Always reliable and clean!

Firebird raceway

This property is conveniently located near downtown and is right on the walking path with restaurants and breweries within a few minutes’ walk. The staff and service were friendly and quick and the food in the restaurant was good. It is a busy location for events, but we could not hear them from our room. The outdoor pool and hot tub were open and very clean.

The price of the stay did not equate to the overall quality of the hotel. Walls were so thin, you could hear everything on the floor. People were slamming their doors at 2am and it was was if our room door was open, it was so loud. Room was outdated and dusty.

Best hotel experience I have had in a long time. 👍👍

By far my favorite place to stay in Boise. Hotel staff is friendly, clean and lots great places to eat or grab a drink or on site or just moments away. Not to mention the green belt trail is 1 min away. The trail will lead you to a ton of restaurants, breweries, and other sought after attractions.. highly recommend this place
