Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful. One of them was on his way to work and helped me find the correct elevator due to the renovation. I was in a room that had been updated. It was beautifully decorated. The hotel is in a great location downtown. Free covered parking is nice.

We did not end up staying the staff were rude. During check in the lobby bathroom smelled of sewer gas so we left. We went to the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown!

The hotel location is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. I was there on a Tuesday and there was a guest welcoming reception. Everyone on the staff I interacted with were courteous and professional. Great stay!

The happy hour is exceptional. Food is more like a meal than just appetizers. 3 free drinks per person is a good deal too. Hot tub and pool is great too.

We checked into this hotel tonight and have had nothing but a horrible unprofessional. MAJOR Customer service issue with the Front desk night supervisor. She was belligerent, rude, absolutely refused to help us at check in with a quiet room. Instead she placed us across the elevator on the Group floor hosting young students because we booked through Expedia. The room was very loud and heard of room outside hall conversations. Our only option which we didn’t do was to pay an extra fee. The room rate before all this was very overpriced above the listing on their website and we paid the hotel directly at check in. I even tried to explain we didn’t need an ada room ( was the only option at booking time but was accosted and harassed specifically by the night front supervisor refusing to help since we used Expedia. The assistant manager wasn’t even better and after mentioning what occurred never followed up with us or helped. The reviews mentioned this hotel as a wonderful place today and has been just a total nightmare and senior management definitely lacked any type of common courtesy or professionalism.

We missed the evening touches as weather delayed our arrival-sorry we didn’t experience that! Bkft was wonderful- as were the staff providing and serving!!! Will be back!

Are stay at the Drury plaza was top-notch from the staff to the environment cleanliness of the hotel the assistance that we received everything was perfect and I really enjoyed the meal that they provided little snacks and stuff from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. that was a real plus for our family might as well consider a meal that you would have had to go out to pay for and breakfast wasn't bad we enjoyed our room and everything was easily accessible we felt safe

I cant say enough good things about the hotel staff. Front desk was amazing, bkfast staff amazing and then 530 kickback staff was absolutely FANTASTIC! All food was pretty good.
The hotel was in good shape and clean. I got the double room. It ended up being on the east side of the hotel, 5th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint about the room was being left with only half a roll of toilet paper for a two night stay. This was easily fixed by front desk.
The hotel is quite noisy. Or at least it was during my stay. Slamming doors and children running up and down halls yelling. It was fairly quiet from about 11pm-5am then started all over again. The location of my room was near a main road and at times I could hear the traffic. It wasn't too bad though. Other than the noise of the children this was a good stay and I'd stay again.

We went there mainly for the pool because every hotel we stay at the pool is never working. Come to find out the pool was also under repairs . Everything else was great and breakfast was great .

The staff was FANTASTIC! Johnny who checked us in, Costello in the Mezzanine, the breakfast staff, were all attentive and friendly and more than polite. Whatever you are doing for hiring or training, KEEP doing it.

This is a beautiful, historic hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is absolutely wonderful and so courteous. It was wonderful to stay here at Christmas time! I absolutely loved the mail drop that runs from all the floors to the main floor.

I stay at the Drury every time. I love it, clean, quiet, beautiful, just a nice pleasant stay every time. And being right by the river walk is great too. The kids love the pool area.

If you are going to a show at Century 2, this is the best place to stay. Hotel is very nice, has been well maintained and updated. The free breakfast was excellent, especially for a hotel. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

I love this hotel! We go vacation in Wichita just to stay in this hotel. The staff is always amazing. There are amazing people from the front desk to the breakfast and happy hour staff to housekeeping staff to maintenance, all are magnificent.
It is also located in a great space. It is close to many great restaurants, attractions, and experiences. I plan on taking another vacation soon to stay here.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast each day, everything was hot and fresh. Though this was first experience of having to pay for parking at hotel stay per night, and pricey, felt safe it worked out great. In walking distance to venue and many restaurants and ice cream.

We had a 2 queen bedroom plus a separate living room (and sofa bed) which was fantastic especially for kids or for guests with insomnia so they don’t wake everyone up with the tv. (Two TVs in the suite). Manager’s reception was fantastic with a full sit-down dinner and drinks, plus hot dogs & nachos for the kids

Cons:
- The HVAC unit in our room was noisy - inconsistently noisy - so it kept waking us up during the night. There were also just some odd loud sounds that we could not identify. We wish there was a way to have a more robust fan running for white noise during the night.
- It's a little awkward getting from parking out front to the parking garage across the street - shooting across traffic to duck into the garage can be dicey.
Pros: More pros than cons.
- This refurbished building is beautiful.
- The food:
-- Beverages and popcorn all the time in the mezzanine
-- 5:30 kickback is a a full meal and its good food
-- 5:30 kickback free adult drinks
-- Breakfast - again, great food
- Cost: Factoring in the meals we get for free, its surprising how inexpensive this place is.
It's a favorite of ours.

I enjoyed this hotel. The historic architecture was beautiful and I enjoyed the hot food both in the morning and in the evening. Walking along the river walk was pleasant as well.
