Great staff

We had a 3 queen suite and it was great. A lot of space and we had a kitchenette

The room was very nice! Fit 6 people very comfortably! Room was clean and nicely put together. I would stay again!

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. I stayed with my husband, two children and my father and we all slept comfortably. We only stayed one night, but the stay was nice.

The property was good. It was some graffiti around the surrounding area and just felt unsafe outside of the property.

Perfect for our purpose of an overnight sleep near our destination. Pets stay for free!

Property very clean and nice rooms for the price. Nice staff. Area a little sketchy with homeless shelters around (not somewhere I would go for a walk) they kept the hotel feeling secure. A little noisy but typical of a downtown hotel. Half as much as staying on the bay front hotels. Would stay again.

The only thing I did not like was being very far from a coffee

We stayed one night.. I don’t recommend staying in this part of Erie for more then 1 night too much commotion

I absolutely loved being greeted by Rugby the therapy dog in training! Also, the gentlemen that check me in was extremely kind and he addressed me by my first name when I walked through the lobby at a later time. I thought that was impressive.

Front desk lady was very helpful

The young woman who checked us in was a shining star for this hotel! She was so friendly and welcoming! It was wonderful to have a friendly face and smooth check in experience after driving all day!

Bed was comfortable, definitely not a queen bed which was what we were told we were getting when we booked the room. The room is a little on the small size but decent. The bathroom size is small, there was plenty of hot water & decent water pressure as well. We were on the third floor & had to carry all of our stuff to our room which took a few trips. The next morning I get up & see that there was a cart that we could have used & was never told that there was one upon check in. There weren’t enough towels in the room, I asked for more & was told i needed to bring the used ones for a trade for clean ones? Well we hadn’t all showered yet because we didn’t have towels so how could I trade ones? I asked for no housekeeping as we would be leaving the next day & didn’t feel the need. We get back to the room neither key would let us in our room. I went to the front desk & they did whatever they do & we finally get in the room & our garbage was gone & 2 new towels were on the bed, that they didn’t make & dirty towels were still left in the bathroom. So if you do end up coming in at least do the job correctly. Again not enough towels for the amount of people in the room. It’s just annoying to have to beg for towels. Well at least I will be able to trade them for some clean ones. All in all it wasn’t too to bad of a stay, more annoyances than anything.

Check-in was east and quick. The room was very large (2 rooms renovated into one suite). 3 queen beds was just what we needed. The only issue we had was the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was still hair in the shower- on the wall in the tub area and the outside of the tub.

How about fixing the elevator or at least putting an out of order on it.

I rarely stay in motels and I have to say this is the nicest, by far, that I have ever stay in. Clean, very comfortable beds- beds were even more comfortable than some 4 star hotels. Also the front desk staff called my room after i checked on to make sure everything was ok.

Great place to shower and sleep!

Great value for the money! Clean, plank floor instead of gross carpet, surprisingly quiet—we had a ground-floor room facing parking lot but weren’t bothered by people walking by or slamming doors. Walking distance from downtown, park, and several good restaurants. It’s not a glamorous neighborhood but felt safe. Our room had some minor issues: quirky water pressure and door knobs that had to be turned really far to open the door. The one thing it really needed was a SOAP DISH: There is no reasonable place to put the bar soap near the sink.

I loved it because it was right near everything you would want to do in Erie! All within 20 minutes of range

Expedia website showed this hotel has free crib. This is the reason I chose this hotel. However, I was told there is no free crib when I checked in. The hotel told me Expedia was wrong

The price was great for the area, which can be pricy. I was only passing through for the night so this was an ok option. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even phoning once I got to my room to check with me. The room was basic, with smart tv, fridge & microwave. The bed was clean and ok for a nights sleep. This hotel is only 10 minutes from nice bay front restaurants which is convenient.

Was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms but I really love the fact that they are pet friendly and at no extra cost.

Everything was good

Great pet-friendly room for a 1 night stay near Presque Isle State Park. It has a fridgeb and microwave.

My room was not ready until about 4pm for a 3pm check-in. I hadn't realized there were no interior entrances to the rooms. That's on me. The condition of the place was a bit "meh" and there was a LOT of noise. I kind of feel this was either over-starred or over-priced. Likely both.

Our stay was fine the only issue was shower didn’t work and bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Water was fine though, plenty of hot water.
