It was the second time I had stayed there, this time I took my daughter, who loved it. The staff are friendly and the hotel encourages guests to get to know each other (but not obligatory!) at the free bar and cheese tasting. It's in a very convenient position and on the side of the canal Herrengracht. The art decor design throughout is beautiful.

Amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful! We also enjoyed the wine and cheese in the afternoon, and the drinks in the lobby all the time. The hotel was centrally located so we could keep coming back to use the washroom or drop off shopping etc

Great hotel in the most convenient location. The rooms are not big but the arrangement of furniture makes them look more spatial. But all Amsterdam hotel rooms are small due to size of the houses. They have excellent breakfasts. And even free happy hour in lobby. All minibar is free. A true gem

Fantastic hotel, within walking distance to everything , staff so friendly and helpful particularly Sandra and the team at breakfast.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved our stay so much. The staff was lovely, the room was spacious with an amazing bathtub and view of the city. Had some bonuses like good water pressure and a super accommodating kitchen staff (we are vegan, and they bought us special products for breakfast!). Location was super central and easy to get anywhere in the city. Highly recommend!

This lovely hotel is decorated in a colorful Art Deco style. The bed was very comfy and the shower was great. There was a nice variety in the buffet breakfast they offered and several restaurant options for dinner nearby (including Memories of India around the corner, which was fantastic). The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to visit. The goodies they kept on hand in the lobby were a nice extra touch.

Good central Amsterdam location, inclusive of breakfast + snacks + drinks. Very comfortable — even offers a pillow menu.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Large building with high ceilings and exquisite decor. All the satf were super friendly. They have an all inclusive bar where you can help yourself 24/7 at 4pm tbey bring wine out that stays until midnight and at 5pm they bring out a cheese cart with crackers etc. All of this is included and at no cost. Breakfast is also included, a small continental breakfast is available self serve and an omelette and pancake station for freshly cooked items. They also have crispy bacon and mini chicken sausage 😋 . A small mini bar in your room also free including water chocolate and some alcoholic drinks. The room was spotless, a nice size and well decorated. The bed and pillows are the best I've ever had the pleasure off! Facilities in the room consist of iron & board, towels, robe and slippers, safe small fridge, glasses, nespresso machine, hairdryer,tv and telephone. Would highly recommend and definitely return should i ever visit Amsterdam again.
