The room was fine for the price. Bed was fine; pillows were great. Loved that the pool was open early. Loved that they had a waffle maker, but the plates were too small/flimsy to hold the waffles, and the forks and knives were too flimsy to eat them (esp trying to spread ice cold butter). By the time my husband came down at 8, pretty much everything was gone and didnt seem to be any replenishing.

To noise in nigh from top floor.i cannt sleep.

Rooms were old and very outdated. Had to walk by lots of pot smokers hanging outside their rooms while they lit up. Pool water was very cold. Lots of people came down to swim and turned around once they touched the water. Shower was mostly broken and pieces of duct tape held the bathroom together. Breakfast was ok.

It was ok. The pillows had a really bad smell of BO. Otherwise the room and rest of area was ok. The price and convenience was nice

Nice stay

Bed Bugs! I have stayed at this property on two other occasions and enjoyed my visit. Unfortunately this time on my second night I found a bed bug and informed the staff. After my insistence they agreed to refund my money, but I have yet to see that happen. We had to spend an entire day of our trip cleaning and doing laundry instead of enjoying our vacation. We had to find other lodging as I wasn't planning to stay there again. We have had to purchase preventative bed bug treatment for our home to hopefully stave off an infestation of our home. Please save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

Very easy parking. Check in was easy. Friendly staff.

The room was big, bed was comfortable. Walls are a little thin and could hear the people in the parking lot and the street noise until late in the evening. Breakfast was very nice, staff was very friendly and the check in was easy.

Door locked and no one at the desk when we checked in and no one answered the phone. Finally got someone after 10-15 min. Almost went to another hotel. Once we got checked in everything was fine. Nice room and breakfast.

Room was as expected, clean, complete with microwave and mini fridge. Hotel staff were friendly. Only glitch was that stairs seemed slightly non-standard height or size. After driving a long time, going up to the 2nd floor, I tripped and scraped up my hand which put a damper on our hiking trip.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good but milk was getting sour. Room was good but bed was not very comfortable.

Good, solid place to stay. We'll insulated! Below freezing temperatures outside and hardly noticed. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Very clean. Will definitely stay again.

first day when I went to get some breakfast to take to my wife in our room, I was stopped by the manager who help up a small sign told I had to eat there. When I put down my plate, he said i could take it. I spent the next two days going to get and pay for food and bring it to the room. That night I saw cockroaches in the bathroom and my wife had them crawling on her in the bed. When I told the manager his response was "sometimes that happens". I could not believe his lack of concern. Also there was a sign in the bath that said to save water they would only change bedding every three days, that was not a problem, but they did nothing in the room for three days.I had to go to the desk to get toilet paper and other items and dump my trash. After having to pay extra for breakfast, being my own housekeeping, dealing with COCKROACHES climbing on us at night, and paying $457 for three nights, needless to say this was a very bad experience and if not the worst, one of the worst I have had in over 50 years of travel. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel has a very convenient location, with restaurants within a walking distance. The lady at the front desk, Gloria, was very nice and helpful. The hotel offers free parking and free breakfast. We arrived in an extremely hot day, so the pool was a blessing. The following day, unfortunately, we had to cancel our plans to use the pool again since it was closed for maintenance.
