From a service perspective, this is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I checked in when I arrived around 11:00 p.m. The lady at the desk said she would be there until 6:00 a.m. I went to my room on the 3rd floor in the cards didn't work in the lock. When I went back down to the desk, no one was there. For the next half hour I knocked on doors, rang the bell, yelled to the back, walked around the desk, and went outside to call for her. I even notified hotels.com and had Best Western customer service call the hotel, but still there was no answer. I was at the point of either having to sleep in the lobby or go to another hotel, when she finally came running in from outside and acted stunned that I needed help. She said I was outside, why didn't you come out there and get me? I actually did step outside twice and call her name very loudly. She wasn't within sight or hearing, apparently. I finally figured out she was napping in her car. She proceeded to tell me that she wasn't surprised it didn't work, since it didn't work the night before either. Then she took me up there to use her master key, and it didn't work. They finally managed to get the door open long enough for me to go into the room, but I couldn't leave bc there was no working key. By then I had very little time left to sleep before my morning meeting. Also, when it comes to places to charge your phone or devices near the bed, the equipment is very outdated. I will never stay here again.

Our two night stay. The room was very comfortable in size. The television did not work very well as we had to giggle the cable often to keep the picture working where we could watch. Breakfast was good. All that you would need to get your day going. If I were back in the area I would stay again.

Front desk person was extremely nice upon check in. Breakfast was above average for an economy hotel. Rooms were very clean.

Our dated and misleading information. The air conditioner was hanging from the wall. They advertise roll away beds, but there are none and they said they have not had them since 2020. One of our guests had to sleep sitting in a very uncomfortable chair due to the false advertisement. The breakfast was good, but that’s about it. The rooms were clean enough but stained sheets and odd smell. We would not choose this hotel again and for the price it was not up to standard.

Room was very gross, from the smell down to my children’s socks being almost black from walking on the dirty carpet. There were burns in the carpet like it’s been used as a drug room. Also the sink did not drain well.

Was clean, bed comfortable. Need 2 sitting chairs not 1. When your two people would be nice to have 2 chairs to sit in.Breakfast was ok, not as good as its been in the past.

Hair on bed in each room I was moved to.

Staff was friendly, food was good , bed was comfortable no complaints.
