I I like the fact that it's I didn't hear the people next door whatsoever above and below me that's what I like about the place and it's right by the freeway too

This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever taken a part of staying at. The spa and pool were closed the entire time we stayed. The food was average, and the personnel were simply hard to locate. This Hamton Inn needs a complete management review, unless the comparison to a 1-star hotel is fine with Hampton. We have stayed at Motel 6 and comparable hotels that were better. If this hotel in Murray, Utah wants to stay in business the over-all stay needs to be looked at from a customers perspective. Good luck.

Cleanliness was ok. Hotel’s interior is warn down ie bathroom, mattresses heating and cooling system.

This was a great place for us to stay on a trip to Arizona. Also, we needed a junp start for our vehicle and the checkin clerk helped us out.

We stay at Hamptons all the time as their quality is usually excellent.
This one though had no fridge and microwaves in the room
Both pieces of equipment in the gym were broken
There was no flavored creamers for coffee and general look of the hotel seemed worn down and smelled of smoke.

Awesome stay! The night front desk agent was funny and very nice! My only downside was the TV was stuck on one station. Other than that, we will definitely visit again.

The lovely man at the front desk moved my initial room away from the elevator due to my job and early departure. It was so kind of him!

The stay was great, everything was as advertised and clean. The check in was quick and efficient, as was the check out. Breakfast was provided, and there was a good variety of food offered. Overall an excellent stay

I booked this room for my grandparents. My uncle was in the hospital for over a week due to surgery complications.
The staff here were absolutely phenomenal. I live in Oregon and I had peace of mind knowing my Grandparents were taken care of! Every staff member went above and beyond for my family. I am in tears typing this out just because of the care and love you showed my family during such a hard time. It’s been 2 months of recovery, in and out of hospitals and ER’s and your staff were the best people we encountered.
You will never truly know the impact you made.

Was a pleasant stay in a dated hotel during a slow time of the year. Not too much hustle and bustle which made the stay nicer. Breakfast frittata was better than most Hamptons I've stayed at, but the bread was pretty much out and not refilled, nor was there staff around to request more. Front desk was friendly and efficient...but would project a better image if professionally dressed, as they were in baggy street clothes.

Place smelled like mold and mildew. Druggies in the parking lot shooting up and scoping out vehicles. Parking was full because of two hotels sharing parking lot, which meant I had to walk a long ways. The closest door was broken so you could not enter. Fire exits not clearly marked. I tried to cancel my reservation and leave but i would have had to pay the penalty. Rip off.

I liked everything about my stay except the breakfast was sub par. Waffles were good.

The stay was great and the hotel was very good. The only hiccup was checking in. For some reason their system couldn’t see my reservation from Hotels.com. I had to call Hotels from the lobby and get my reference number to checkin. So did about 5 other people at the same time who booked through a third party. It took me about 20 to 25 minutes to get checked in and get a key. The front desk people were great and worked hard on it with great attitudes but it still too a long time to get my room.

This is an older Hampton Inn. It was clean and secure, but the facility is in need of a total remodel. We had a disappointing check-in by a subpar Front Desk Representative, but overall, it was a good stay. There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was good.

The TV in our room stopped working shortly after we arrived. They moved us to another room and the AC in the second room made loud clicking noises so they moved us to a third room. Unacceptable

Quiet setting 10 minutes out of SLC. Small fitness center… pool /Spa was closed for maintenance during our visit. Friendly staff but room had some wear and tear.

Hotel charged us 250.00 for one night. 50 was for the pet. Way to much money for a not so clean room. Interior of room had grey walls. Needs dome ipdating. Toom was very bleak.

Small but quaint location. Bed was super cozy. Lots of parking. Located away from all the excitement of downtown Salt Lake City, but only a 10 minute drive from anything…perfect for me

Nothing bad to say. Only thing that was a negative was the AC, I think it was dying and disturbed my sleep.
