We chose this hotel because it offered park and fly service to the nearby airport. When we checked in, we said we wanted to leave at 4:45 a.m. In the morning, the desk attendant said she had night blindness and isn't supposed to drive at night (and it was raining). But she was the only employee there. She was not familiar with the van she was driving. Thankfully, it was a short drive and not much traffic, but I was nervous that we were in a potentially dangerous situation. The room was OK. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaner and the kleenex box holder was not attached to the wall, leaving an open, unsightly space. The evening desk attendant when we checked in was very helpful, changing us from a 2nd floor room (no elevator) to the ground floor to accommodate my husband's disability.

hotel was disgusting. we sleep in hotels 250 nights a year and this is the nastiest hotel ive ever stayed ive literally bunked with roaches and had a better experience

Breakfast was not prepared at the proper time and when asked when it was going to be ready was told when it's done rooms are musty and sheets were dirty . When I checked out they said I had been smoking in the room . I don't smoke so the kept my deposit. Do not stay here it's full of extended stay locals. The front desk clerk is also a extended stay guest. I complained to quality inn and was told the y are a franchise and they didn't know if I would get my money back. Stay clear of this motel.

This hotel was disgusting! They pained the bath tub and the paint was pealing off the ceiling was caving in!! There was NO HEAT!!

Definitely needed snow removal in the parking area. Elevator out of service which is very inconvenient to get luggage to 2nd floor. Room was cold and unable to change thermostat. Phone cord was damaged and no instructions how to contact the front desk.

I stayed to catch an early flight so I really just needed a place to sleep. Only one ice machine and snack machine that I could find. Staff were very nice.

This hotel does not merit the rating it has. The most disgusting thing about this hotel was the mold in the bathroom-worse than my Army barracks!

Pretty good hotel for the price. You never know what your going to get paying a low price at these hotels but we were pretty impressed with this one. Friendly young lady working the front desk was very helpful. Located right off the hwy. Not too shabby.

Our room wàs generally clean but not entirely swept, as evidenced by the headband under the desk. We would have appreciated having restricted access on the outside doors. The restaurant suggested by the lady at the desk was excellent!

Facilities need updating. The fan made an annoying noise so we were unable to use the heater at night. Bath tub was in terrible shape but seemed clean and shower worked

First say tub chipped .smelled bad ..bug on my phone ..8 -25 then on 8 -30 ..i complained ..given a slightly better room but on second floor i have c o p d ..i burned A candle and blew it out shortly before i left .they charged my credit card another 100 dollars for smell in room ...do not stay here

I regret that I couldn't give a better rating. Our room had a bad, lingering odor. I will say that it was clean and the beds wwre comfortable. The bathtub finish had bubbles in it and the finish had begun peeling. We had to extend our stay one night and the front desk forgot to tell Housekeeping and the room was not made when we got back from an extremely busy, hot and exhausting day of work. I would also like to mention that the staff at the front desk did not offer a warm welcome and seemed bothered when trying to speak with them.

Was good for our trip, but the curtains, tub and shower needs updating. The noise problem was from a barking dog that went late into the night. The desk clerk did what she could to rectify the barking dog.

This Ragbrai bike day. Everyone had bags and bikes and no shuttle was provided to get from airport to hotel. Shuttle was advertised. Terrible.

I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and everyone was very friendly. The bathroom leaves something to be desired. The showerhead needs to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced, and the bathroom is in poor condition. It appears dirty, even though I don't think it is. For the area, price, and reason for staying-this choice worked for us and it is why I would stay again.

The check-in gal was great....property 'seems a little sketchy' around the outside...early staff - kitchen gal was very pleasant....front desk - took me 20 minutes just to get a receipt. Room was nice - door opened too tight!
