Owner was so nice! Great customer service! Very clean and safe. Location was very easy 15 mins or so into Nashville. We will be back again.

So my experience at this hotel was pretty disappointing if I'm totally honest. There were things I loved like affordability and the location was great, not too far from all the fun Nashville stuff! It looked good on the outside and decently good on the inside. However, my room was almost unbearable to sleep in😅 It was clean, and that I appreciate, however, it smelled like the cleaning person literally went in our room, emptied an entire can of Lysol on every surface, and then shut the door and trapped it in. It honestly took our breaths away when we walked in. We tried to air out the room and it only helped a little. We called and asked to switch rooms but the employees didn't speak great English. They instead, came to our room and sprayed an air freshener in an attempt to mask it. So just more strong smelling chemicals on top of the other. I ended up wiping all the counters and nightstands and still could barely sleep. My throat felt weird from breathing it in. Thankfully I sleep with a cpap and was able to put that on and mask it some. Very uncomfortable experience. Had to change my cpap filter to untrap the scent! Please if you read this, have your employees use less strong smelling chemicals, or at least wipe the surfaces after spraying or air out the rooms. Otherwise, it would have been an excellent stay.

It was a nice little town, easy to navigate. There are a couple of antique shops near by. The hotel isn't fancy, but was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Breakfast was choice of toast, cereal, and mini donuts. We don't expect much because we don't pay much for our accomodations when we travel. We refuse to pay big money for one night. I'm not complaining because we got what we expected. We have stayed in better and stayed in worse. We are also travelling in the off season.

I've alerted the health department regarding the condition of this hotel. Smoke alarms hanging from wires in the room. Filthy to the point I asked the front desk for a rag and a bottle of cleaner. Broken shower curtain rod. There appear to be bodily fluids on everywhere, on the curtains, bed skirt walls, and doors. The toilet broke when I (150-pound female) sat down on it. My husband cut his hand picking up the broken pieces of porcelain. Went to the emergency room, 5 stitches. We are not finishing our stay. Asked the hotel for a refund for the night we would not be staying but the hotel refused. Save yourself, don’t stay here.

I stay here often and this has been the first time I experienced unsatisfactory customer service the front desk rep was loud inexperienced and not very helpful toward other customers .

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable cozy and clean. Will definitely stay yhere again!

Breakfast bar had very limited options. There was cereal, milk and juice. The room however, was clean and tidy.

Breakfast really wasn’t breakfast. Toast milk a couple donuts. Coffee came out water. Check in was very slow. Room was fine. Bathtub jets didn’t work. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Hotel room not upgraded. The room had an oder to it. The bedding did not smell fresh. Pillows were very lumpy. Breakfest was all cheap box pastry junk food. Adult male staff was flirting with my teen daughter. Pros: Stay was quiet.

Horrible Experience. The place smells and they hit you up for $250 and threaten to file police report because I smoked cbd outside. Go anywhere else. These people suck.

I was initially impressed by this Days Inns cleanliness which is obviously appreciated. My stay was just under two weeks and over $1000 spent. I asked for a late checkout the day I was leaving for 12 noon or 1pm instead of 11am and was told no because his housekeeper left work at 11:30 (lie). Maybe till 11:15 he says. Really? Hotel wasn’t full. The man is just plain greedy. The more money you spend here, the worse you’re treated. Twilight zone kinda backwards…. They will also enter your room with a do not disturb sign on the door while you’re at the office getting breakfast so be sure not to leave cash or valuables in plain sight while out of the room, believing your stuff will be as you left it when you return. Cash was taken that was in plain sight on the desk. Wasn’t a lot. It was knowing that someone had been in there although “do not disturb” was on the door and took it. I Highly recommend AVOIDING the Days Inn Goodlettsville. No more time or $ from me. Hope this rare review helps someone. Hospitality does not live here…

We stayed because of the price. The shower was broken. The room was dirty. The toilet didnt want to flush. It took a long time to get money back for “incidentals” The bed was comfortable though.

The so called "breakfast" was the worst in continental breakfast history!

Great area for easy to get to. Needs refurbishment to be a great place to stay. Doesn't have the Wyndham feel. The breakfast is really subpar, toast, cereal, yogurt.

My stay at the Days Inn was nice , quiet . I enjoyed my day of peace and rest .

There were alot of truckers and constrution workers partying going on was trying to sleep at night they were pretty loud Room was not so good mold in bathroom sheet had burnt holes in them. Towels were old i used my own towel i brought with me.on web said it 5 minutes to Nashville more like 30 minutes away and traffic very disappointing

It has bad smell and I found the dirty pillowcase on the floor.

Bathrooms very dirty. Mold in tub and around shower. Was given 1 bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth to accommodatetwo travelers. Amenities were very lacking. Breakfast consited of cereal and coffee. Very bad odor in lobby. Bed was new and very comfortable.

It was ok for the price, rooms very old but clean. It promotes free breakfast, breakfast consists of toast/yogurt and muffin. Not a breakfast.

The room was nice. The bed was too high. The padded chair did not set well. The desk chair did not set well and if you leaned back it felt like you would end up on the floor.

Toilet seat very loose. Cigarette burns on bathtub. Overall disappointed
