Nice clean hotel. Quality breakfast included. Convenient to shopping and services and close to the venue we were working at. Easy parking. No hassles.

The room was beautiful and the everyone was professional and courteous.

The room smelled, the shower head was broken. The toilet seat was broken. Grass was not cut and half of the vegetation around the hotel was dead. Really seemed ownership was not investing in upkeep of the hotel. Will not stay there again. Not worth half of what we payed.

Greeted by a friendly staff member upon our checkin. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. While I am not a fan of standard size pillows, we were provided with several which was nice.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the room and the hotel. It was quiet, plenty of hot water, and the bathroom was clean. The AC is very loud and not easy to adjust. The microwave is also not easy to adjust as it is just a timer without any type of programming. We had a bag of popcorn that burned after 1.5 minutes and barely popped.

We at the hotel and got checked in and they gave us an upgrade to a suite. Very nice of them. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Place was really great, good location and fine amenities but the AC / Heat Unit in our suite was not working initially. When I inquired, they fixed the problem. It was not plugged in. After we returned from dinner ne blew cold air one blew heat.

Nice Hotel--a bit hard to get to but nothing horrible. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay-- self serve waffles, cereal, hot served eggs and sausage, Juice and Milk. I think they also had yogurt.

Hotel never released my deposit. I had to go up there myself and speak to the manager to get it released two weeks later. Manager wasn’t helpful or friendly.

The front desk staff were professional and personable. The room was very clean. The motel is not 5 minutes from highway exit.

I didn’t like being woken up at 6 am by the alarm clock in my room, especially because I didn’t set the alarm, and the alarm in the room next time also went off and I had to call the front desk to get someone to turn it off. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

I usually dont write about bad reviews but this one is worth noting. It does not live up to its name or expectations. The bed was uncomfortable, mattress pad is really thin. Almost looks like its sinking in. The tv didnt work right and they are very small cheap tvs. My tv had lots of fuzzy lines going up and down the screen. I stayed in room 300. The elevator is slow and needs replacing. It just didn't feel like it lives up to its brand. Almost seems like someone is trying to run it the cheapest way possible. Very disappointing.

Went to the breakfast room at approximately 8:05 am on a Monday morning. Breakfast is supposedly served from 6 am to 9 am. Two coffee carafes were completely empty. One coffee carafe was full however, coffee was ice cold. No sliced bread for toast, only bagels. No forks or spoons available to eat with. Was going to make a cup of coffee back in the room but, no coffee pod holder for the coffee maker.

I was not aware that you had to ask for cleaning services every day, since it was never mentioned to me when I checked in. When I asked about it I was shown the sign at the front desk. I was also not aware there was $100 deposit although the room had already been paid for. Perhaps that was in the fine print or it was an oversight on my part.
The coffee had run out before breakfast was over and I had to find my own coffee cups.
I dropped my earring behind the nightstand and when I move the nightstand to look for it the back was full of dust. All of the staff members however were very friendly

The lady at the front desk was amazing and very accommodating! I wish I could remember her name… the hotel was comfortable and as expected. I have a dog so appreciated all the grass surrounding the hotel.

I came to Denison because my best friend had a stroke. The staff was very understanding. When I came back to Denison, I am definitely going to stay at this hotel.

Im pretty happy over all just dont understand how a pet friendly hotel doesnt allow you to leave your animals. Kind of hard to go to a restaurant when i have to make sure my dogs arent in the room.

Our room was not cleaned and towels not replaced with clean ones after the first night. I had to ask for towels. It turned out that at this location, one must specifically put out a door hanger sign instructing housekeeping to make the room, replace towels, etc.
The property was very busy over the weekend when we stayed there, and the front desk was attended by only one staff member. They seemed to be almost overwhelmed.

Hotel was easy to find and get into. AC works pretty well which is what brings the score to 3 stars from 2 for me. The curtains are stapled to the ceiling and don’t close and our room was right by the highway so it was very loud at night and very bright early in the morning. There was also blood on the white sheer curtains which felt gross. Woke up very stiff and sore from the bed, the pillows completely flatten and had no support and the blanket was like a human sized potty pad??? For the price for one night it really should be a bit more comfortable..

The entire stay was wonderful. The check in was quick, the room clean and roomy and the bed was comfortable. I loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was really good and the seating area was spacious. The only complaint would be that the water pressure in the shower was weak but still strong enough to use.
