Great hotel.....clean and friendly staff. It was nice that it was right off the highway as we were road tripping through.

Someone was jumping on the floor above us, and then running to do it again. This went on until 3am. We were disappointed, because we have stayed here in the past, and it was a good experience.

It was easy check in but exterior door to building was not secure (stayed open thru the night) when we got up to take showers there was NO hot water. Let office know but didn't respond

Staff was friendly and helpful and courteous. Got business room to have a little more space in room. Nice to eat breakfast at hotel. Close to casino and downtown Pendleton.

The hotel is nice and the room was good. Bed was a bit hard for our taste but nice. The breakfast was ok, although the sausages were a bit rubbery. Overall a nice hotel but the price was too high.

Property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was great. Our check in and checkout was fast. Hopefully the pool and tub are open next time around. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked the fact that there was a lounge area in the middle of my floor's hallway.
There was some painting being done on the first floor, but my room was far enough away from it that it didn't really bother me.

Three friends and I stayed here for the Whiskey Fest. It was fine, nothing fancy but we only needed a place to sleep. The employees we dealt with were friendly.
We would stay again.

Good place but still under construction. Local tv channels did not work. Great guy behind the desk.

Stayed here twice. It's noisy when you are on the first floor. People walking around upstairs is loud downstairs and when the room above showers it sounds like the water is coming down your wall.

Our stay was nice. I would recommend in you pet rooms with carpet, thr carpets should be cleaned often. For an individual with allergies it is needed

They said I ordered a pet room. I don't have a pet and I don'
t like the ideas of non-human animals sharing a space I'm going to sleep in. The lady who waited on me said that since I designated a pet room, she "couldn't" change it to a non-pet room. So I had to sleep with whatever critters that pet had brought with it into my room.

We got here about 2PM. The staff said the room wasn't ready yet and that the check-in time was 4PM. Our paperwork said check-in was at 3PM. We waited in the lobby for the room. It was ready in about an hour. In all fairness, this was on a Sunday, though.
We were told the room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. There was no carrier/dolly to pack our gear to the room.

The staff and cleanliness of room was really good! The room is in need of some updating but comfortable beds and clean. There was police activity across the street during our stay. The area didn’t feel the safest for me.

Our room was clean and quiet. The motel is located outside of the main city in a cluster of other motels and businesses. You can walk to a Shari's restaurants as well as a couple of gas station convenience stores. There was a nice pool but it was too cold outside to swim. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and make your own waffles. There is no elevator which I forgot to check when i booked so had to haul heavy bags up and down the stairs. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Clustered in a setting of other hotels. Beautiful views across valley. Convenient to interstate and downtown Pendleton. Room adequate for overnight but a little noisy from mechanical sounds. Staff very pleasant
