It smells bad. The bath tub water does not drain so the shower water stays in the bath tub. Not enough towels. They said they will bring the towel nut never did. At 2:40AM, they asked me to come down and get towels myself even though I called twice since check in and they said they will bring it to the room. The water from sink faucet wS not running. It sprinkles a few drops and that is how you are supposed to wash hands. The luggage cart wheels are all broken and could not wheel the luggages without lifting the whole cart or twisting my body. Terrible.

Desk clerks when checking in were slow. Had a line of people checking in, only one person was checking in. Manager & another clerk were talking about washing personal car, when finished manager states we'll be right with you & walks to back. After checking in attempted to go get dinner before going to room couldn't get out the parking lot, key card given to me did not work. So tried calling for help, they told I had to return back inside to have reprogrammed, asked for clerk to come & show me to make sure I was scanning right, she asked me to wait until her line was gone, as if I hadn't already been waiting. Upon returning from getting food key card didn't work to go in elevator or room, had to wait for assistance again. Also my husband is handicap, & someone with a black mercedes SUV & another car were parked illegal taking up multiple handicap parking spots had chained off the area so no one could park there, but those two cars. Finally when checking out turned in key, tried leaving parking could not get out. I attempted push help button thinking that I would be buzzed out. Nope! The clerk told me I was supposed to get one when I checked out, she asked me if they gave me a card & I had just checked out with her & another clerk, all they did was take my key card & drop it in a jar. The customer service I can compliment is the security card. He was the only one who actually attempted to help & apologized for the inconvenience, to me & multiple other customers.

Secure parking ($15) very busy all night at check in counter. For the price and location great deal.

They use to take cash as a payment. No desk, no business center but its seems xlean, nice rooms, great staff but something bit me in bed and i didnt ask dor that.

Had a good time while staying at your motel. Very convenient and greatly priced. Service was good parking was reasonable.

The property was clean and did the job. Close to LAX and So-FI stadium. It’s off the 405 so it’s a little noisy. The staff was friendly and fast. The bed wasn’t premium but not bad.

Room was clean but felt bare & uninviting. Bed wasnt great but doable. No shampoo. No door to the bathroom (which wasnt a problem for a solo traveler). No seat on the toilet. No smells. Quiet. A/C worked. Pool was cold. Neighborhood was a little scary to walk after dark.

The check in process was not good. Making everyone wait until 3pm to check in. Then only one person to start checking people in at 3. People arguing about cutting in line. Why not just check people in a little early if the room is ready.

A decent--if over priced--hotel near LAX. I specifically gound a hotel with an airport shuttle, only to learn the day of that the shuttle only starts at 5 am, not early enough for my early flight. So I still had to pay for parking for my rental car.
I initially got a room right next to the elevator but Kelvin at the front desk was able to move me to a quieter room. So that was really welcome. There is so much light pollution in the area that the rooms are quite lit up. But it worked for a short stay.

It was a good hotel ! We will choose motel 6 the next time for the price and quality of service.
Maybe change system of payment of your laundry, because no money (25cents), no clean clothes. Need a payment with credit/debit card.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon fresh off the plane. First time to California and we were not disappointed in our hotel. I actually saw it as our plane was landing.

No micro; thanks for frig; no grab bars in shower; toilet seat height for children; Mr. Brian in security was very helpful; low, uncomfortable bed; hotel parking should be free for guests;

I remember coming to this motel 6 back in the early 2000's and it was horrible but that's not the case today, I highly recommend this property for short stays. It's very comfortable and quiet. The manager chante was very nice and very helpful, she took care of me at the front desk and it was much appreciated.

Had a great experience, stayed three nights with a friend and my service dog in a double queen room and the stay eas excellent. Great staff and great security guards. Loved the dog friendly environment as well as there were quite a few dogs. Loved that the parking had the gate. Felt extra safe since i am a traveler and also had my bike on the back of my truck.

I asked for someone to check on the TV since it didn’t work. No one ever showed up.
After I waited for 40 minutes for a Motel 6 employee to help me take my luggage down ( I have a knee injury) I finally called customer relations and got the help requested.
The room has a refrigerator only no microwave nor coffeemaker no shampoo or Kleenex

As soon as we opened the room door you can smell marijuana, the smoke/fire alarm kept beeping and there was a bedbug on the bed. My son called the front desk, but no one came to check this out.

Had reserved three nights but only stayed one. Will never do motel 6 again. The kind of customers it attracts leaves me feeling afraid for my life!

Incredibly dirty, aside from the bathroom. Shower nozzle was spewing water out the threads though. Incredibly loud. Was not reflective of the photos.

Everything was fine for a quick late overnight after landing in LAX, sneaky part is they charge $18.50 for overnight parking so factor that in when pricing your options.

Wasn’t a good stay at all this time…front desk need to be on the same page with checking in an paying for parking too many loops or lack of info an no resolutions other than I can’t do anything

Elevator kept breaking down. Keycard kept expiring despite still rooming there. Employees are not transparent about the elevator break down. Had to ask them about it.
However, the room is good.

Room was ok for four nights. The only problem was my key room was always disconnected and i couldn't get in my room i hated every night coming back to the hotel. Not sure if i would go back tho

The people at the front desk were very nice, I requested for upper level and got it without hesitation from the nice lady. I can’t think of anything negative to say.
