Very nice hotel and will stay again!

Customer service is top notch friendly staff Comfortable rooms with lots of room clean nice water pressure! Pool and hot tub clean amazing time made the trip that much better!!

Pretty average hotel, nothing special. Was on the first floor facing the parking lot, so not the best room. Bathroom was fairly clean, but the shower needed a deeper scrub.

I travelled with my 2 children to attend an all-native basketball tournament and was encouraged to stay elsewhere by my teammates in the area. I should have listened. 1st, the parking was inadequate. Several trucks with trailers took up lots of parking area. When asked if there was additional parking I was given attitude about "not controlling parking" and told I could park across the road. This was a semi busy road and there is no cross walk and was dangerous 2 walk across as cars speed down. 2nd I was charged $395.50 and the claim is I smoked in my room. I asked for proof and was told there was a cigarette smoke smell and "yellow" on the ceiling and hung up on. Everyone I spoke to gives a different reason for the charge, and told to speak to a manager. I have yet to speak with a manager or receive proof, and when I call from my phone, no one answers and I have had to go thru 3rd party to speak to anyone at the hotel. I believe this is retaliation and partially due to me asking why my room wasn't cleaned while I was out the 1st day. I was given the excuse of "being in my room" which was a lie. I left at 8am and didn't return until around 7pm and left again 8pm. Plenty of time for my room to be cleaned. I was out of my room 11.59am (checkout was noon) housekeeping kept checking even tho i had my "still resting" sign and they were literally waiting outside of my room when we walked out.

Shower curtain needed to be washed. Elevator was not working. Nobody a front desk when I checked out.

Nice place to stay. Room was large. The breakfast lady needed more help.

Convenient to freeway and other amenities. A little dated, but ok.

Staff is always great. The check-in is easy the room is always clean and they have a great breakfast.

The hotel overall was good. Easy and quick check-in. The hotel staff was great reacting to requests for extra pillows and a 1030pm noise complaint. Pool area was clean and always stocked with towels. Breakfast has small variety of hot food options and plenty of toast, bagels, cereal, certainly not a deal-breaker at all for the family budget. Would definitely stay here again.

One night stay. Quiet and clean room. Convenient to where we need to be. Great stay. Will be back if need to return.

The room was very comfy and seemed to be updated. Nice shower, we loved the Dove products! Not too many times you can take a shower where you smell good from the soap that you use. It had a very nice refrigerator and a great microwave which we used for both. Room was comfortable and bed was nice! By the way, the lobby coffee was very, very delicious!

Was a good stay but beds where stiff and behind the dresser was still trash. But overall was a good stay

Everything was perfect! EVERYTHING beginning with check in (Gavin? ) to our room and amenities to the check out and breakfast. Pure Perfection!

It was as clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very nice place to stay even with furry family members. It is a pet friendly place so we saw lots of furry friends in the halls and on walks outside. My only complaint is that when families without fur babies stay you do see the residual hair and occasional kibble left on carpets and couches. This could be problematic for humans with allergies and could bother some people a lot. So a bit more care when vacuuming could be helpful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and our room was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at La Quinta exceeded our expectations. Lately our hotel stays have been less than great. La Quinta was updated, clean, the room was huge, clean and bright. This will be our go to hotel when staying in Pocatello.

The motel/hotel is about good value. It is generally in good shape but it could stand some up dating. I liked the bed.

Breakfast was great and room was nice. The only two hiccups was the hot tub was pretty chilly and our tub was slow to drain making you stand in a puddle while showering. Overall a great facility and would return.

Check in was quick and easy! The guy at the front desk was so nice.

I've stayed here a couple of times on my travels between Colorado and Montana. It's clean, conveniently located, and I can walk to two nearby restaurants when I'm too tired to get back in a car after a long day of driving. They also accept pets.
