Older hotel. Access to facility was confusing (you have to drive through the entrance of a storage facility parking lot). Very clean and staff was friendly. "Free" breakfast was normal, quick food. Cold cereal, biscuits and gravy and hashbrowns. The potatoes were look warm and under cooked. Had no breakfast meat available other than what was in the gravy. No bacon or sausages at all. Bed was very comfortable, Excellent work area in room.

Property was fine for a one night stay. The first room I was given had a dripping shower faucet and the front desk gave me a different room when asked. There was a stain on the bedspread in the new room but the room was otherwise fine. The walls are a bit thin, but it's what you would expect in this type of property.

This Quality Inn truly was 'quality'. Very nice. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Would stay here again if passing through the area.

I think the large weeds in the outside landscaping, and the weeds growing in the parking lot, should all be removed, to give the place a neat and tidy look.

Budget friendly and clean with a decent breakfast option. Pool, gym, and other amenities were fine and in working order.

They didn’t have our reservation and charged us a higher rate than we had already paid. Waiting on a refund. Rooms smelled really bad of smoke.

It's a little deceiving when you arrive. Doesn't look all that inviting BUT....the room was comfortable and clean. No carpet. Yay. Staff very friendly. We got early check-in which was nice. The breakfast is simple but adequate to get you out the door quickly. Great hotel for this bargain price!

Had to change rooms because of broken bed frame. Dried food on ironing board. No maid service for the four days we stayed there.

This was easy to get to (once we found which driveway to use to get to the property), clean, quiet, and the breakfast was good. Check in and check out was fast, we got good advice on where to eat, and the breakfast was good.

We stayed four days for a conference in Ankeny. The facility is somewhat dated but the owner has remodeled and made it a decent choice. The front desk staff was friendly, especially Julie. The breakfast choices were adequate: waffles, biscuits and gravy, breads and bagels, two cereals and instant oatmeal, yogurt, juice and coffee.

Dirty towel still hanging in bathroom. Room was updated but some.parts were not. (Casing around windows bad). Bed frame was the new tin ones. Horrible they always make loud sounds when getting in.

Has a really weird entrance, but once you figure it it's ok. It makes the parking lot a little tight, but manageable. Breakfast is plain, but decent in a pinch. My problem is that the whole left side of the room, the power was gone. Lights and outlets weren't working. Disappointing but can get around it. But the ANTS on the desk when I woke up WERE NOT COOL. That brings a three star rating down to one. Bugs are never a good thing in a hotel. Have pictures and video to prove it.

I had a good night's sleep. The room was very quiet. The whirlpool tub is falling apart and the chair is broken. The bathroom is missing a toilet paper holder. Everything is clean just worn.

The staff was great. Pool was actually open, and breakfast area was stocked and good. The only down side is the entrance was weird to find, but that's not their fault.

Floors were dirty ( bathroom too!). Bed was comfortable. Dressers were in need of updating but adequate. Breakfast was good - bacon or sausage ans eggs would be nice to add.
