Hotel pool was fantastic! Happy hour cocktails and snacks are such a nice added perk. Rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel with very reasonable rates. You can walk to all amenities and the beach is super close, clean and beautiful. The room was perfect for my son and I (King Suite). The pool is beautiful, clean and spacious. Could use a little updating and a nice gift shop, but otherwise perfect! Quick to get an Uber anywhere.

It was amazing, the room was comfy and clean. They have good restaurants, the breakfast was really good. The Pool area was big and has many sitting areas.

Spent 4 nights here and we had a great time. Staff was great! The pool was awesome my daughter loved it. The hotel had plenty of food options if you did not feel like going out. Overall we had a wonderful time. Will definitely book again!

The hotel appeared to be clean, however hair was found on the sheets the bed and in the bathtub the day we checked in.

My stay was great. Conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, CVS, supermarket, airport, all these walking distance. Via UBER close to airport, Old San Juan, Casa Bacardi. The swimming pool ambience, bar and food was great

The fixtures in the tub/shower were broken. I could not get hot water. Not a great way to begin the day.

We had a perfect quick vacation to San Juan. The hotel location was amazing. The staff were great. We really enjoyed the breakfast, evening reception, pool area, and beach service. There were so many things in walking distance. We also enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurants for the meals we had there. We hope to be back soon!

The room was not so clean, there was hair in the shower and the pillows had a disgusting smell. We ended up throwing clean towels on the bed and sleeping that way. Thankful it was only 1 overnight.

Pros:,spacious and comfortable room. Nice hot tub and pool, good breakfast.
Cons: housecleaning not done some days or with follow up. Many extra fees like resort fees and parking make it a little expensive.

Loved that the hotel offered daily complimentary breakfast with a variety of items to choose from, including several beverages, fruit and buffet options.
Another great offer was 2 complimentary alcoholic beverages daily and snacks during a 2 hour window in the evenings. We've never experienced that before. The last GREAT thing we loved was the FREE beach chair and umbrellas. I would definitely book with Embassy Suites in the future.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the restaurant food was good. The beach was a short 5 minute walk.The only down side was the room smelled old and moldy but it was clean. The complementary happy hour and breakfast were nice also. I would stay here again.

The property is very close to the Isla Verde beach, great food options and nice ambience with a very nice lobby, great pool area and overall satisfactory condition. They have a great cocktail hour every evening for the residents and the drinks are a plenty as are the bar muchies. Breakfast too was quite good. Only complaint we had during our stay was on one day our room hadn’t been cleaned until 3 even though we had requested and then a very shoddy job was done where nothing was tidied and there were bits of paper on the carpet, soap wasn’t replenished etc. however, it was one off occasion as the other days room was cleaned up perfectly. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They are accommodating if you have a later flight in the day and allow use of resort facilities. Beach chair and towels are available and the pool is very nice.

Nobody makes a reservation thinking they are going to get sick. We were supposed to celebrate our anniversary in PR but got covid. The hotel did not take into consideration a change of date. Never ever going to recommend this hotel to anyone. We are humans not robots.

proximity to the airport the beach places to eat shop and surrounding locations were great . Greeting and helpful information at check in was superb added plus happy hour for the guests every night.The hotel suite was huge and incredibly cared for. Breakfast buffet had everything . restaurants bars casino and a spectacular pool oasis all in the lobby and ground floor. i almost never left hotel.

What an amazing stay every one was extremely nice and helpful and I believe almost every one who worked there spoke English just a short walk to the beach , restaurants , shops definitely would be staying here again !!

Traveling with a senior they should consider transportation to their private beach. It is quite a walking distance.
Buffet workers more cognitive to buffet. Watched a person use their hands to serve themselves french toast, then put it back! Told worker, however food was NOT changed!
More healthy food options at the physical resteraunts; which I understand may not be in the hotels control.
