I was called 4 1/2 hours before I was set to be there only to be told they had no lights an then yall refunded me instead of voiding it so me an my baby wouldn’t have to sleep in the car an terrible site to book on I recommend you pay when you get there I’m not booking through this app anymore this the second time something happening with you guys

No. Just No. There were several 1 inch holes in the bathroom door. The tv didn’t work or even have a remote. The curtain to cover the window was broken.

Great hotel, friendly services and clean rooms!

Room was alright just kind of rough outside

Room was not clean. Cigarette burns in sheets as well as stains. Everything smelled like smoke. Outlets did not work in room.

Convenient location. The room was dated and needed repairs. For example, a new bathtub was installed but there was no molding around the edges to cover the construction.

Lights in room did not work, shades missing, comforter has stains, shower curtain had spots of mildew, toilet almost overflowed, bathtub had about an eight hole in the side, plaster flaking, faucet wobbly.

This place should close while remodelling. We were put in a room that smelled like smoke, had no TV or fridge and the lights did not work. They switched us to a room that smelled less like smoke, but the toilet paper handle was torn from the wall and just left dangling. The next morning, we discovered that our lock didn't even work! The dead bolt and key lock did not stop the door from being opened, even when locked.

It was very nice and the owner makes sure no bad people hang around or stay at his hotel

German roaches everywhere and air conditioner face pushed in and broken. They are in the process of remodel, so hopefully that changes things!

I didn’t like anything. Remote didn’t work, TV fell off the mount, no shower curtain on the shower(seriously), no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner or body wash, only two towels(one of which was dirty), only two very old and thin pillows, a toilet that ran all night long(is still probably running). Overall - disgusting, dirty and the worst place I have ever stayed at!

We stayed for 10 days, the only place that was cheap, central location for us, and took our dog. The room was dirty, floors gross, the toilet kept running back of the tank did not fit and was dirty, we never got trash dumped, had to go get new towels from front all the time. Area was unsafe and hard to get into. Crime happening outside our door that was not very secure. over all DO NOT STAY HERE if you enjoy your safety, clean towels and friendly service.

Well the AC/heater in room 33 that cought fire in the night the plug had been cut and someone wire nutted it back together however that didn't work well. The fan that pulls air out in the bathroom doesn't work because we was stuck with the smoke for about an hour from the cord fire. The lights hanging out the wall will shock you when u try and put them in. Need to replace plug on AC unit people nee to change out that light people. I have never sued any one for anything but I not everyone if understand what I am saying someone could get you guys over this need to fix it.

I called the hotel to see if there was a deposit and see what's the earliest I can check in?the manager told me no deposit and that when housekeeping get room clean,I can come check in.i arrived at 1pm.i tell the front desk I have reservation.manager tells me in a rude way to come back in 30 minutes.i wait iN car 30 minutes.i come back still no room.i leave and come back still no.aftee 15 minutes.the front desk clerk lance,tells me has room.very polite,considerate.noisy ,no refrigerator or microwave.people standing outside of hotel.middle of bed had a dip like it was broken .manager needs to be polite,and talk to people nicely.lance the hotel clerk was very nice.this is bad hotel

There was a lot of black mold on the walls and fixtures.

Broke down otw back to Florida. I wouldnt choose this place on a trip yet best one there to choose from. Not the best area yet i felt safe and wasnt bothered while walking to the stores all hours of the day and occasionally latw night. Speaking of stores, great area for shopping for anything you need within 3-7 ml radius, along with a variety of restaurants. Is like a town center yet spaced out. Hotel was clean definitely couldve been better at the same time 3 to choose from, not too bad considering my situation. Maintenance stayed on top of issues. Lady at office was very pleasing, house keepin was nice except waking me up telling me their job title lol theowner/manager he sucked moving right along.... have to pay extra for a fridge and microwave. If you are looking for a really cheap place thats around. A lot of store every type of store you need its there chic filla and olive garden was next door also they have a lot of people that stay there on a regular basis/home. If wouldnt have broke down and was walking everywhere > wouldve definitely went to a cheaper hotel too high for the area even the crowd didnt match the area and range of stores. Negative note during this time right now we had to pay 10 more dollarss due to the hurricane coming worst we cant book through hotels.com for 2 weeks. 59 during weekdays 64 weekends hurricane this weekiend 78. It was a decent hotel for almost decent price

This hotel is absolutely bottom of the barrel. The room was barely functional. The lights didn't have covers, my son found a dead spider in his bed, the toilet leaked, the towels were covered in something brown and had black hair all over them. The AC was also broken. The only slight redeeming thing was that we were moved to a room with working AC.
