Th bathroom shower could have been cleaner, there was mold on the caulking. I was in 3 rd floor and i heard an alarm clock (full blast)going off every morning i was there that never shut off!(empty room?) the room itself was clean (other than bathroom) and air conditioner worked good.

I was stuck because my car needed another day in the shop. The staff was nice and accommodating. I had a snaffu when booking and Samantha fixed it. The kitchen offered me free snacks and drinks.They we’re great.

I had A wonderful dinner and enjoyed a movie in my room.

We booked a king bed room from the Hotels.com app while in the parking lot. When we went inside to check-in they informed us that “due to construction, we only have 2 queen beds available”. If I wanted 2 queen beds, I would have booked them. Doesn’t the app confirm with the location? Construction didn’t start with the 3 minutes it took to book and check-in. Any thoughts?

The courtyard by Marriott at Grand Rapids was a nice hotel for the price. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. I did not think the refrigerator worked, I didn't really need it, and found out when leaving next day that there is a button inside to push to help it get cold. That information is valuable and needs to be placed on the fridge for future guest. I was also expecting body wash to be in the shower along with washcloths but there were 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner and no bodywash or washcloths close to the shower. The front desk attendants were super friendly and very helpful!! The elevator was a little dirty but overall the hotel was up to date and clean.

We certainly didn’t expect nor appreciate the plumbing water from the above rooms dripping onto our luggage and gifts that we purchased. In addition the lack of sound barrier used made for a very uncomfortable experience while having to listen to very heated argument in the the adjacent room. Upon check in we requested a room if possible that would allow for as much interrupted sleep. We were assured the room we were assigned would guarantee this as the property was not going to be very full that evening. This increased our frustration and we felt that we were led to believe that this property would be comfortable and allow us the rest we so desperately needed. We previously booked for two nights as our early morning flight wouldn’t be for another day and we looked forward to not having to move our luggage until leaving Sunday morning. Had we known this would be such an issue with the water damage to our belongings as well as such an uncomfortable stay, we would have decided to venture to a destination and explore Michigan a bit more. We would not recommend this property with its current condition and lack of discernible management regarding the use of this room in its current condition.

Walking into this Marriott, I immediately smelled a horrible: scent: I went to room 226 and I smelled mildew. Being a consistent client for years, I must stay it is unacceptable to have unhealthy conditions, not only to employees but customers as well. Marriott should know better considering the Brand and Values.

Comfortable and clean hotel, excellent management and staff, great workout facility. Highly recommend.

Marketplace was great as our event didn't end until after all restaurants were closed. It allowed us to have food & drink! HELPFUL Suggestion: Add in a coupleof subs or something from a local vendor (e.g. Jimmy Johns, Subways, etc)

Hotel was clean but I had multiple suspicious charges to my bank and a employee wouldn't give me a refund after telling me I could check out early, only to find out he refunded the money so he could pocket it at the end of the night. They're supposed to reimburse me but I'm still waiting.

Cheaply constructed. You can hear the upstairs neighbors and water running for every shower and flush.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The room itself was not great. Dark and musty. There was also extremely loud music being played in the evening from anoyher guest. The front desk was so swamped I eventually gave up trying to inform them. I ended up so frustrated I just packed my bags and went to another hotel. Wouldn't recommend.

Very clean, close to shopping and restaurants.

My bathroom light was out. I went and talked to the gentleman at the front desk and he said he would get maintenance to come look at it. Maintenance never showed up. This meant I couldn’t verify the cleanliness of the rest room before I used it, and we had to shower in the dark with the aid of our flashlights from our phone. It could have been resolved if he would’ve had it fixed or given me a new room. I know there were other rooms available, as there were several of the cleaned stickers on the doors.

When we got inside the room there is still trash on the garbage can. Noise can be heard from the outside

The property was decent. The room was quite nice size, but the outside of the hotel made it look like it was updated. The vent in the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in ages, full of dust. Then bathroom was outdated. There was no USB charging ports, so it was a little frustrating to get charged with all the new technology that needs charging. The staff was super friendly and the area is close to a lot of nearby hotels and restaurants.
