I don’t know how this place is reviewed so high. Checking in took way to long, don’t know how many places I have been that use a magnifying glass on my ID. Room didn’t have the best smell to it, definitely not coming back.

The room was clean and didn't smell bad. Everything worked. The Key card worked every time without multiple tries. The breakfast buffet was really good and well presented. The staff were all friendly and courteous.

The room was mint. It was super clean, cold and had a light scent of flowers in my room. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a corpse and I would definitely stay there again. The front desk clerk was amazing and very friendly.

Would rate everything excellent except the outside door was hard to open and close, had to really pull it shut to make sure it locked. Also the second night the heater in the room next door was a little noisy. Otherwise the breakfast was great, the staff was great, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was super friendly at checkin and breakfast. Room was nice and dark, a bonus for me. It was quiet for being full of wrestling kids. Great stay!

We always stay at this hotel when in Grove Ok. Always a good experience. Nice clean rooms, house keeping staff is excellent, breakfast is hot and fresh with a wide variety of food selections, we especially enjoy going back to the hotel for cookies at 4pm daily. I am now in need of some special accommodation and my last minute request for a ground floor room was pleasantly filled. Wonderful experience.

We got a friendly, welcome upon arrival.
Clean, fresh room. Delicious fresh baked cookies in the evening and a generous hot breakfast in the morning.
The pool was delightful and clean. A few loungers would have been nice for sun worshippers.

The room was not very big, but very nice and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was good too. I would stay there again if I go to Grove.

Hotel needed outside yard maintenance. Hotel is not on lake. Cannot see lake from Hotel. Lake is about two miles from Hotel. To get into park must pay for parking pass. Swimming pool not open in this resort environment. Trash on top of pool cover. Garbage cans full. Left day early.

The whole experience, from beginning to end was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was very comfortable. This was the best hotel we have stayed at and would do so again in a heartbeat. Angie was there to both check us in and upon our departure. She was so sweet and so easy to talk to. She was able to help us in so many ways. We adopted a dog while we were there, and the staff were so welcoming to her also. We really could not have asked for a better experience.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a very nice lady who told me all about my room and things to do on site. She even had fresh baked cookies! We were meeting friends for dinner and she gave easy to follow directions so that we wouldn't get lost. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was that the shower curtain was too close to my body and I had to stand sideways in order to not touch the curtain or the bar that is also in the shower. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Had two rooms, one was the king suite and the other was the standard 2 queen room. King suite with jacuzzi was clean and good but a little dated (fridge looked like it was from the 70’s). The two queen was in okay condition but the room had a fairly bad smell to it like someone’s dog had been in there for weeks and not left. Did find some dog food pellets under the bed so makes sense. Would have been better if house keepers would have made a better effort to get the room not smelling like dogs. Apparently they are pet friendly rooms but others who don’t have to bring their pets with them everywhere may not appreciate the smell left behind. Breakfast buffet was good. Pool is outside and only seasonal. WiFi was usable.

It was a very nice stay due to the friendly helpful staff. The breakfast is good with all you need to start the day. The room we had was in top notch shape. It has all you need for a getaway around Grand Lake.
