Slippery, dirty floors. Pink mildew in shower.

I expected better from a La Quinta. The sheet on the king sized bed was queen sized, meaning nearly a quarter of the bed wasn’t even covered with a sheet. Bed was lop-sided. The room smelled musty and the shower was a bit rough. Actually, the whole room was a bit rough. Towels had hairs on them.

Everyone was very nice and very helpful and the room was super nice and very clean! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Checked in. Key would not work in the door 1/2 the time rm 106 but the set desk showed and told me use it more to the left. That only worked once. Lots of hair along the shower and drain. Appeared to be busted used and not cleaned. Definitely dog friendly even the smells. Bring air freshener

The hotel was clean and the employees friendly. The card system to get into your room was terrible. Out of 4 times I tried to get into my room I had to have someone help me because the key cards would deactivate. They made 3 new keys and then the employee had to help me even then because it was difficult to get the card in the correct position for it to read it. I hated to leave my room because I was scared, I couldn't get back in. One of the times I couldn't get in and the employee came up there was a person a few doors down that couldn't get in also and they had to help them also. so it wasn't just me.

Everything was good EXCEPT BREAKFAST. The milk was spoiled, eggs were undercooked, sausage was colder than ice.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The photos aren't updated. Very raggedy. Looks and smells like what you might feel would be the projects. The keys to our room didn't work and had to be changed 4 times. This made us feel like this was being done deliberately. We spoke with other guests and found out that most of them were dealing with the same thing. We had to go and buy towels, blankets and sheets because it was obvious to us that the ones in the room wasn't changed. The food was disgusting. The person preparing it didn't look clean at all. The maintenance men made you feel very uncomfortable. They looked like hardcore criminals that had just been released out of prison. This hotel is dangerously over priced. Unless you can care less about the sanitary conditions of the food you eat and where you sleep, then what I have taken time out to warn you of wouldn't bother you. However, to those who do care. Be warned. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Had we known there was a lovely Hampton Inn right next to them, we would have stayed there. There is no way that this place should pass inspection. Had I known that I would have been able to upload photos with my survey, I would have taken some.

Old. Needs updating. Chips in furniture. Needs painting where the bathroom doors and damaged. Sink and stand damaged. Needs remodeled.

Room appeared clean but bathroom had hair in sink plus there was no soap nor was there shampoo to go with the conditioner. Tub looked a little worn and dingy. The bed was comfortable.

Front desk refused to give us price for a room until she checked is in and then price was outrageous, $100 more than online prices. I had her cancel us out and I registered using hotels.com. then after we went to bed she insisted I return to front desk and make a$50 deposit. Room was in terrible condition, holes in walls and carpet. LaQuinta has shown a steady decline in quality.

I had trouble getting into the room. Room keys did not work. Had to walk down to the front desk four times. When my room was on the 4th floor. The breakfast was horrible.

Stopped here for a night on our way to Mardi Gras. The hotel was fine except for a couple of things. When we got to the room 3 out of 4 pillows had hair on them that did not belong to us. Called from desk and they brought new pillow cases right away. Breakfast is only bagels/muffins/toast/cereal.

The bedding is definitely outdated and the room phone didn’t work however the staff was very nice and the man that came in early on Sunday to make sure I got to the airport was super helpful and nice 😊.

Easy to find, quick and easy check in. Room was quiet and decorated nicely. Bathroom was set up nicely and roomy. Shower ceiling looked like it may have leaked previously, was fixed but looked terrible. Shower wall had mold down the corners of the walls and across the top of the shower tray. Was charged for the room twice but Sandria was able to correct that the next morning. I would suggest checking your credit card charged prior to your departure.

Problem with room keys would unlock outer doors but not room 1 Trp to desk after checking in key worked one time wife slept in had to go to front desk 2 times to get key that worked wife was sleeping in I went to breakfast and out to smoke keys were.not near a phone I travel a lot with work this was a pleasure trip almost

Super clean, super staff, great stay. I travel often and have varying experiences at hotels nationwide and for this budget level this particular location is a very very good value and experience. Great job staff!

We stood an hour trying to check in when we ad checked in on line. We weren’t given directions on how to unlock doors. The bathrooms were unclean. The tub had a ring in it. We asked for cleaning service and wasn’t given any.. There were many charges on my account that were unexplained and blamed on a third party.

The staff members are so nice.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Only one night but would stay again. We did not stay for breakfast as we had to be on the road early. Very welcoming to our two dogs.

Hotel had limited transportation options without staff having to double up on duties.

My flight was cancelled so I was put on red eye arriving tomorrow.

Very good stay - no problems with room or service. This property still has low toilets but otherwise up to date. There are train tracks nearby and you can hear the train horn in some of the rooms. Breakfast was good for the price.

I was given a room with no towels and used toilet paper. The issue was reported but took over 8 hours to resolve. Breakfast was stale and seemed to be leftovers.

This property is in terrible condition. The card system was malfunctioning (notices were posted) and this meant that the doors to the building itself remained unlocked and the building accessible unless the person entering or leaving made a intentional effort to close/lock the door. The room doors were the same; they did not self-lock. The fixture in the bathroom sink was coming apart and it was very difficult to use the sink. The staff was very nice, however.
