The hotel is not well maintained, towels looks old and yellowish, shower looks rusty and dirty, tv is old. Place looks old and dirty. The hotel is not worth the price.

Since covid, i didnt feel like the hotel is ready to run again. Staff was very helpful as the tv wasnt working properly, and things like that. The only thing i like about this hotel is its location. Thats it!

the beds were extremely comfortable however the bathroom was appalling the shower was not clean we did see a couple of german cockroaches the staff was friendly helpfulit was close to shopping and plenty of restaurants but the deadly cleaning of the bathroom and some electrical problems but the lights and the two cockroaches it was a very good staying for the philippines it was probably best eh . We have had in any hotel and the rulers were good sized not small like both philippine hotels are

The location is very good. The room was clean. Food had a little more to be desired, not enough choices as I expected. But satifactory.

Easy access to restaurants, mall and transportation. What i don't like are the room capet is old, dirty and stained. Walls are chipping out. NO HOT NOR WARM WATER.

My experience with Days Hotel, Batangas wasn't good although staff were nice and helpful. The smell in the room was terrible, you can see stains everywhere in the carpet.
Wyndham should consider this hotel as priority no. 1 for upgrading or renovations because the city of Batangas doesn't have many options in terms of accommodation.

Very helpful staff in a clean hotel. Location excellent - Jollibee Fast Food in front of hotel for those who prefer a room without breakfast. Rear Gate infront of SM shopping Mall - 1 minute away.However the safety deposit box was not secured to the wall; it could be lifted and carried.

I can see the hotel is being updated but I think the hotel management should have put something on the website telling the customer that it’s under renovation the rooms need new carpet and TVs showers in the room should be more cleaner elevators should be updated the pool area is ok but it needs either more grass around the pool area so you don’t get your feet dirty when getting out or put more of a walk way to the bathrooms and to the tables the staff was very nice and breakfast was very good yes I would stay again when there again when there done with the renovations for my family of 8 the price was really good oh and the breakfast was free

There was a little problem in the booking process of hotels.com and the hotel and were only resolved 2 days after check out date. However the front desk was accommodating thus the issue was resolved professionally.

Stayed on night enroute to my final destination in PG to go diving. The check in was easy and they were very friendly. They provided a free breakfast but I found it difficult to eat anything they offered (I ended up eating toast and scrambled eggs only)
The beds were clean and the shower was clean so it did the basic task of a place to sleep. I did get bug bites due to the fact that the Air Conditioner had no sealing around it and the bugs can fly in and out at will (see photo)
Upon checkout I did experience an issue with the clerk asking for payment and having to prove that I paid in advance on Expedia. After a few minutes of arguing, I did find an email that showed I paid and he backed down.
I will be there again the next time I go diving in the area.

it was an ok stay. we used the hotel just to spend the night in batangas city after meeting some friends. it was a bit old hotel, but still ok.

The hotel was old, the carpets were smelling. The TV was not working and it was an old box type TV. The staff were friendly but there was nothing they could do to make out stay better because all the rooms were run down and old.
I won't recommend this hotel.

Not many hotel options unfortunately. Every time we stay there it gets worse.
Shower doesn't work, headboard on bed sitting on nails fell on my daughter's legs.very easily could have been our heads when sleeping.
A/C blowing cool but not cold made it hard to sleep at night.
They missed a wake up call which caused us to run late to the airport. Tried to put us in a smoking room when we requested no smoking. Unfortunately i could go on. It's very sad the hotel could be a beautiful place to stay if they fixed it up and got new management. It's at a great location which is the only reason why we stay there but i think it maybe the last time.

The hotel have nice staff, its nice because it is close to the mall and the church. Facilities are a little old but they are ok.

Early evening the room smelled of sewer order all night and the hotel could do nothing to fix it and they claimed they could not move me to another room because they were full.

Great Location. Courteous staff. But very poor maintenance of the whole place. Hallways, elevator and room were gravely in need of vacuum cleaning. Better if they can just replace the carpet all over, as it simply is all dusty and grimy. The pool, littered with leaves and sediments, can also benefit from regular maintenance.
