Rude Manager!
Rooms were disgusting, outdated. Couldn’t rest after a 24hr shift. I was called 5 times to move rooms. Missed my granddaughters lunch with little compassion over their mistakes. I had to request to be left alone to sleep! Carpets dirty. Manager lied saying she caught my dogs peeing in the elevator. I requested to see and she said make a police report then I could see. My dogs are afraid of the elevator so I knew she lied.
Lack of communication.
Would not recommend this place.

Comfortable, staff available; condition of room was okay, but small things added up to not so great- like shower curtain was too small for rod, couldn't open/close it easily, water everywhere; didn't clean room during a two night stay, and very noisy.

The staff at the front desk was so polite and helpful. The condition of the room however was not easy to overlook. The tub would not drain completely, even when left after a day. The tiles in the bathroom were a little broken and would creak as if they were about to fall through to the lower floor. The fitted sheet on the bed had a hole as if burned by a cigarette and the condition of the pull out couch was terrible. Stains on the mattress and areas underneath that were torn. The room also had a smell similar to pickles that never really went away, even when we sprayed perfume into the air.

A great hotel for the price. The staff go out of the way to help you. If I were to change anything it would be the bed. Hotel is a step up from motel 6 but a step down bed wise from comfort suites.

Pool and spa were closed. Elevator smelled like weed. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

Decent Beds clean rooms most staff is friendly just don’t try to go down and get breakfast at six like it says on the door because on the weekends they open later for breakfast

The motel, was run down and very dirty. The rooms smelled of curry and it looked somebody had died in the bathtub. Hotels.com advertised a gym and a pool, both which were not in working order.

The staff was very helpful and explained no pool or hot tub when we arrived. Breakfast was good and hot.

What i didn't like is that they claim to have a heated pool. They do not. It was closed because it wasn't. They room was clean, very nice and the breakfast is good.

The hotel was by no means a 5 star hotel but it was perfect for just a place for the family to sleep for the night to attend a family function in the area the next day and break up our drive.

This is an older property, which is why it's cheaper. That always comes with wear and tear. I was greeted by the night clerk who was all ready for me. I asked places to eat late, and he gave me easy directions to what was nearby and open. My room was clean and comfortable. I just needed crash space for the night, but would have been satisfied with a more extended stay.
Breakfast options included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, fresh-made waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereal with a selection of juices, coffee, hot tea. I would easily stay again.

No WIFI like advertised indoor pool and hot tub didn’t work. Which was the whole reason of going to the location. Bathroom felt like was going to fall out room stunk and bathtub was nasty.

The pool and hottub heater wasnt working. The GM allowed me a couple of hours in an unrented hot tub room so my 5 year old could swim around in it. I really like how they went the extra mile for me.

Everything was good. The staffing were excellent very friendly and kind. Our room had a few minor damage but nothing that made our stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was great, it had everything you will need to star your day.

We had roaches in our room. My 4 year old grandson had some kind of bites on him. We took pictures and showed hotel staff and they said we had to go through Expedia for any complaints/compensation. Expedia was not helpful. $21 when my grandson got bit from something in the room is not acceptable AT All.

The rooms were very nice and clean, the staff was amazing from the front desk clerk to the housekeepers, they were all friendly and helpful. We were there for Friday the 13th and there is a gal in there doing tattoos for $20! Where else can you find that? There was even an outdoor Halloween themed birthday party and they invited everybody! It was just an all-around wonderful experience. Thank you

The hotel was outdated. There was massive stains on the carpets, the jacuzzi tubin our room was not cleaned, the room smells, the blinds and curtains had several dime sized holes due to assumed moths, and the breakfast served in the morning was gross and over cooked.
I will not be staying there again.

I booked through expedia and called the day before to confirm my reservation and request special accommodation and the staff was unprofessional and did not offer a resolution. They stated they did not have a reservation for me although I had my confirmation with Expedia. Expedia made it right and booked me at a better hotel. I will not attempt to stay here again.

Our experience was great! The lady was very informative and kind. I was greeted immediately upon entering and checked in. The room was clean and the environment was quiet. There were many options for breakfast the next morning. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely be coming back.

The front desk clerk was nice, the ac in the room was cold, and the breakfast was good. However, the tub had hair in it, the ice machine was broke, the elevator was broke, and the jets for the hot tub were broke not to mention The hotel smelled like weed. You do get what you pay for.

No elevator, had to pay and additional deposit, no hot water, bugs in room they were dead. Room hot without ac were smelly.

When we checked into our room the carpet had stains all over it, dead crickets all over our room and the bed sheets had stains on them. When I notified the front desk they gave me new sheets to change the beds with but told me “crickets are everywhere in Texas.” Dead crickets never got cleaned up the entire four days we were there after I asked multiple times. On day two we pulled back the curtains to let some light in and there was disgusting brown stains all up and down them. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn’t one on staff. Also, pool area smelled like dead fish and the hot tub look like it had never been cleaned.

This hotel was horrible the elevator didn’t work the breakfast was disgusting the pool was dirty there was no creamer for the coffee the only thing that made it worthy were the employees they were all very kind
