The hotel was very clean and relatively quiet. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. Bed was comfortable. Ample parking available.

Indoor swimming pool was cold, but it was clean. Good variety of breakfast food but the hot food did not taste good. Sheer curtains but no full dark curtin to block street lights. Beds were comfortable.

The water pressure was excellent, a must for long curly hair! The bed was very comfortable and the heat was very responsive and stable.

The carpet and drapes were ugly and the furniture was old. The bed was comfy and the tv was large. Breakfast was just okay.

The hotel was really clean, the bathroom/shower room were absolutely spotless. Breakfast food were nice too, couldnt complain!

The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. The big draw back was that the heated pool was not at all warm and the hot tub was not any warmer. The pool and hot tub were a total bust. The shower head in the room however was awesome. My advice ask about the hot tub before booking

Location is great! Close to everything, yet quiet nights sleep. Also enjoyed the Christmas light display less than a block away and a short drive to the Alma Mater, KSU! Will definitely stay again next time in Manhattan!

I booked two rooms so we had a place to stay after the KSU football game. I'm glad I did! great location, easy check in, hot coffee in the morning hit the spot.

Nice motel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast choices and everything was kept clean and food restocked. Shower was much nicer than most motels. We will stay here again!

We arrived to check-in at this hotel at the check-in time. Our room was not ready. The room was triple the price of an ordinary night due to it being a game day. Extremely disappointed to pay so much for a room for a single night and arrive to be told our room was not ready. We were hosting an event and ended up being late because our room was not ready at check-in time.

Stopped for the night while passing through. Friendly front desk. Furniture is nice. The room was clean and the ac worked great. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good and there was a lot of variety. Coffee was good. We had a nice, quiet stay.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good but could’ve been better. The rooms weren’t great for the price we paid. Rusted out door frames. Grout missing from tiles. Would not stay here again unless I had to.

When we arrived to check in, the internet was having issues due to a blown transformer a few days earlier.
The front desk staff had a lot to deal with due to this, and they were very accommodating. Kai, you were a rock star dealing with this. I can't imagine how stressful that was to check in guests with no internet! This hotel is in an ideal for location if you are traveling with kids, especially during the summer. They had a great breakfast and nice clean pool. We had our 2 grankids ages 2 1/2 and 5. They had a blast. Would definitely stay again.

Staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. From the ladies that take care of breakfast to the front desk folks to the cleaning staff. They really take care of you and are super nice.

We stayed on the first floor near the breakfast room. It was convenient yet quiet. With a microwave and fridge in the room and a toaster in the common area it was easy to make delicious sandwiches anytime of day. Several guests took their meals in the common area as it was available for use all day. The pool was clean and relaxing, too. The rooms, bathrooms and beds were also very clean and comfortable. Although it was not directly next to KU, it was near the mall and grocery store (close driving distance). We also enjoyed the Flint Hills Discovery Center located next door.

I stayed at this hotel 3 weeks ago as I was driving thru Kansas. I checked in around 8pm and was gone by 8am. Today I got another charge on my credit card. After calling two numbers and speaking with 2 people no one knows why. Their front desk suggested to call my bank and contest the charge. Such a waste of my time and unacceptable.

I have stayed at this location for business trips on several occasions and have always been very happy. It is always clean, staff are friendly, and it is within walking distance to the conference center and several good restaurants.
