Every staff member was great; welcoming, helpful, friendly. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. There are other Marriott properties in the area that are newer, but the staff here is much better. Only downsides are loud bathroom fan and very hot water.

I enjoyed my stay but the bed in room 111 was too close to rhe walls. The couch wasn't comfortable to sit on. Other wise it was great.

I just needed to stay overnight for a family get together. I was feeling “under the weather” and expressed this to “Michael” during check-in. He went out of his way to complete check-in quickly, offered water to us, and generally extended made us feel welcome and comfortable. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall it was a very nice experience!

We had a great stay start to finish. Molly was exceptional. She checked in with texts every day to ensure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was very good and the coffee too! Our 2 bed, 2 bath suite was just right for our party. My only suggestion now that Marriot has gone to toiletries in the shower is to have lotion also available.

The hotel room was amazing, great breakfast and really nice staff. Our room did not have hot water in the shower, but they compensated us. Over all very nice hotel, would definitely recommend!!!🙂

Staff were great. There were issues that included poor water temperature. Took a long time for water to get hot. Cleanliness was average. Lighting is not great in the rooms.

Staff was Awesome! Very friendly and went above and beyond. Very accomdating! Hotel was older looking than the pictures, rugs in room and commonways were old and dingy. Bathrooms not 100% clean. Location was good and near a lot of stuff. Price on hotels.com was Fabulous.

Fully equipped efficiency apartment, plenty of room to move about comfortably, and super clean, furnished, and quiet. The bedding was comfortable and afforded a restful night's sleep. I inadvertently left three pairs of dress slacks in a drawer, called, and was able to check that they had them and will have a local family member retrieve them for me.

Very dated decor. When checking in asked for additional pillows and blankets front desk had to find some. Breakfast which was supposed to start at 6:30 they were still setting up for a 8:00. No regular coffee. Asked for ice water women could not understand request had to get help to understand. Have stayed here before decline in service quite noticeable

The place is fine. It is nothing special but gets the job done for a family of 4. I really get annoyed that they charge $7 a night for parking. The people at the front desk can’t even explain why. This is a suburban hotel, nobody would ever be parking there for any reason other than they are staying at the hotel. I’d rather you just charge $7 more a night for the room and not tell me you’re charging me for parking. It’s not a lot of money, it’s just the point that it is a garbage practice. ( p.s. , it’s no where near Gillette stadium, so that excuse does not work)

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Bed spring was with broke or worn out. Sheets had pen marks on it and did not seem fresh. No mirrors besides bathroom. AC shut off during night. Extremely warm

The staff was wonderful and the room set up was very nice. Unfortunately, someone thought installing a 'window A/C unit" was a good idea. It's not. We had to choose between sleeping in the heat or having the window curtain closed to block out the light.

We will stay here again...our Suite room was comfortable, clean, spacious and mostly updated. Property is well maintained and staff were all friendly and polite. Location was a close distance to the venue we attended.

Pay to park fee even though you are staying the night. They ask for credit card when you check just in case you have incidentals. They you get the charge of 7.00 on my card the next day. Also I had Expedia booked a king size bed and they put us in a queen size bed even after I paid for room protection from Expedia. The front desk said they would credit my account. Have not seen it yet.

We came for a concert at Gillette, and we will definitely choose this hotel again! Clean, comfortable, with great amenities and friendly staff who were available as needed and willing to give recommendations or answer any questions. The hotel is also easy to find and get to off the highway, in a very quiet location

Areas of the property need updating, some minor issues like lose faucets and lose toilet seats. Breakfasts were ok but on the basic eggs and bacon/sausage - 2 days only eggs and tater tots, one day sausage and some cut up sausage meat no eggs??

Enjoyed the pool and gym. Staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was appreciated. Beautiful grounds. Updated bathroom. I will definitely be going back!

The hotel is situated in a very nice quiet area. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was loud and the bathroom fan was loud. The air conditioner was located in the window so to close the curtains you had to cover up the air conditioner. This seems like it could be easily solved.
