Warm, friendly, and helpful reception and receptionist. Amenities and spaciousness in the guest room appreciated. Enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub. Good job avoiding plastic waste by using refillable shampoo dispensers. Appreciated 24 hour coffee/tea/ice/filtered water station. Good location. Quiet room even though hotel is locatied on California State Highway 116.

The hotel was clean and our room was spacious. The first room - the tv didn’t work and we wanted to watch a football playoff game, but they quickly let us move to the next room and all was well. Only complaint was the fold out bed in the living room area was rather uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with any request. We were able to park at a door very near our room. The hotel was conveniently located for a nice winery weekend.

the staff was super nice and the lobby looks nice but the bed was lumpy and terrible.. also the fan kept going on and off all night, waking me up.. I tried to turn it off several times but it wouldn't stay off. ugh.

A nicer hotel where everything worked fine. The breakfast was very good.
However, our room was stuffy and we couldn't open the window. Plus it was on the expensive side.

Built into the gentle hill, he parking at the rear was at the level of the second floor back entrance. This makes it very easy to get luggage to any of the second floor rooms. Breakfast attendants kept the area spotless. They were on top of restocking breakfast choices, which varied on successive mornings. The choices were better than many others we have experienced when breakfast is included in the booking. The studio room was worth the additional cost. The heater/AC unit was noisy when it cycled on, but otherwise the room was very quiet.

They advertised 24 hour pool but when we arrived we found out it closes at 10 that was the whole reason we picked that hotel we were not happy

My husband and I had a brief one night stay but the location is great (very close to many restaurants and shops), the room was clean and comfortable, check in was quick and easy, and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk!

It was very nice to walk into a very clean lobby. The front desk people are very helpful and nice. They asked me if I wanted to stay upstairs or on the ground floor which was very cool The parking was very lit up so you can see all around at night made you feel really safe and the price wasn’t bad considering the area that you were in.

Staff was extremely friendly, the checking in was fast. The continental breakfast was really good. I was so suprised of the options. The only call out is the bed, the mattress was uncomfortable, it felt as it was on its last leg. Its timw to change the mattress.

Tv in bed area did not work, breakfast was good Saturday morning on Sunday bacon over cooked to hard to eat was like chewing on jerky , very quiet place enjoyed our stay

This hotel is the only option for downtown Sebastopol. Very comfortable - bed, shower, room - Helpful front desk too. I decided staying here to drive less for work. But if the reason of the trip was leisure, I would have chosen to stay in the other side of town. Look around: far options, but similar comfort and prices.

Fantastic Staff,clean, quiet. Incredible team of employee that really make staying here a pleasure. We were in town for a wedding and I had forgot to pack a tie for the occasion. The team were able to find a tie that I coudl borrow for the event . Such a life saver! We recommend you stay here !
