It was ok. The hot and cold water was mixed up. So i had to turn the cold tap on if i wanted hot water. The breakfast was disappointing. It was just toast or raisin bran. The coffee tasted terrible. The i teractions with the staff were always positive. But also the floor sounded like it was sticking to my shoes.

Friendly customer service. But the room was not cleaned and was rundown.

The front desk guy barely spoke when I checked in-took them about 5 mins to just check in. The area is pretty rough-very comfortable bed and nice for a a one night stay that is affordable! Breakfast choices were pretty slim-bread, cereal and yogurt was all they had.

First room I was greeted by a couple roaches. Was moved to the next room where the toilet continually ran all night. Was told no other rooms were available. Found out in the morning from manager there were. In sense was so strong to cover up pot smell. Noise all night till 6am with slamming doors. Every patron I saw was obviously high. Don’t stay here at all cost. Patrons also hassled me for money.

Stayed for business, unfamiliar with the area and it was close to the office. This is clearly where homeless crack heads live full time. Between the rock hard beds and the screams of drug induced terror all night i had very little rest. What can you do though, its Minneapolis. Import the 3rd world, become the 3rd world.

The are is super ghetto. We stayed there only a night. The hotel is old and in Poor condition.

Close to freeway, good location for workers without cars and families with children that need a homes.

Entire property was gross. Trash laying every where both in and outside of hotel. Entire place stunk like weed. Toilet ran constant. Only a few lights in the room worked. Very dark. Shower had hair in it. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Over powering aroma of marijuana and cleaners, sticky carpet, cigarette holes in the bedding, graffiti on the dresser and back of bathroom door… someone called the room phone at 3:30 and then knocked on my door at 3:50 am. Very scary!

We checked in in the room, was so horrible that I immediately called hotels.com to see if I could cancel my second night stay and before I was done with the call I asked if I could cancel the entire reservation. It also said it had an elevator it did not. There was a gooey substance on the desk and stains on the sheets and put stools. I’ve never seen a room so unclean.

Cigarette scent throughout the building and room, stains on the room carpet, garbage beneath the bed, writing in the shower, cigarette burn marks on the pillowcase.

Was traveling long distance, had car trouble, and they promised a check-in by 5:30 am. Got there , no one at front desk. Called and was told it was too late. The room was prepaid.

property overall was out of date and run down. the building inside and out smelled of mariquana and air freshener. didn't really like anything about it. dirty diapers and beer caps in the hallway. disgusting

Absolutely disgustingly dirty and trashy. White socks became BLACK from walking around in room on carpet. Bare feet became BLACK just the same. Filthy and disgusting. No water to shower until nighttime. Carpet in room had 💩 and filth all over it. Not even vacuuming would have helped and it obviously was not vacuumed probably ever. Never again. Hookers, prostitutes, and drug dealers. That's who they cater to.

Condition and cleanliness of the room was actually quite good, although the bathroom area was way too small.
The otside entrance area left a lot to be desired. It looked 'tacky'. The flower boxes were full of weeds - no flowers. Sidewalk full of gum residue - in DIRE need of a powerwash !

There was panhandling at the front door. Breakfast was terrible, along with the coffee. If you want a cheap room and don't care about the condition, it's the place for you.

This is a run down place, never been upgraded to the point that we were afraid to use the bathroom for hygiene concerns.
We recommend that Expedia needs to do a throughout physical inspection before recommending a place like this.
We were deceived by the name "by Windham" but is not worth it to pay over $110 for nothing. We cancelled our return booking and rather pay more money for something clean, decent, safer and better quality overall.

Was happy about the breakfast, the area needs a good cleaning, parking lot was a mess. Staff was nice. I would say not the best area for a family with younger children. But nothing happened to my vehicle or anything bad. Was good for the price.

Ok place if you’re on a budget or want to be close to events that you’re attending. The hallway and our room smelled like cigarettes even though it said non smoking. No microwave in the room, but they had one near the vending machines. Front desk ethnic lady wasn’t very friendly and gave attitude when I asked about my bill.

The gentleman behind the desk was very nice and helpful. That is the onl good thing though. It does not look like the pictures. It is very run down and has a very ghetto vibe. The beds are old and uncomfortable. My room had cinder block walls. Outlets did not work. The entire place smelled like weed and old socks. Pretty gross. I would pay a little more and stay somewhere else.
