My only two complaints are. The tub was extremely slippery and the lighting was terrible. At least one lamp could have a more than a 25 watt bulb.

Very nice hotel conveniently located south of Memphis. Only complaints were the marginal WIFI service in the room and the business center computer was not working.

The pool was closed and the airport shuttle wasn't running when we were there. Those were 2 big reasons why we chose to stay there rather than another hotel. So it was a little disappointing that we didn't get either.
Otherwise, the hotel was nice, the beds we comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and it was pretty convenient to get around from there.
The food at breakfast was ok, nothing special. Decided to go out for breakfast after the first morning.

The hotel was very clean, the tub had a lil rust spots around the drain area, the bedding is comfortably. Could use some upgrades. Its okay for passing through. If you trying to get groovy, the hotel is loud, you can hear everything. Its hard getting extra towels. You will be waiting until they wash them. The doors have no seals underneath so be prepared to her people walking and talking in the halls. Mrs. Sylvia was amazing. Very polite.

This hotel was a 10/10 good customer service.. Room was very clean up to standard if i had to say we must stay again when in this area … Thanks to the nice ladies at the front desk welcome you in all friendly…

Place is good,rooms are warm and cozy,was cold when we stayed,staff is great,everything is nearby like markets,restaurants,electronic and drug stores are walking distance.Free breakfast many items to choose from,staff there was great.

Overall this hotel was pretty standard. Room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Gym was nice, outdoor pool was closed. Hotel breakfast was okay. Shuttle to airport wasn't running and uber/lyft was hard to get in the area. Staff was very friendly.

Sylvia at the front desk made my stay memorable. Although I was there during a blizzard, she was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again because of the great customer service!

The staff was very friendly.y daughter actually left her purse in our room after check out and they were so kind in helping us find it! Everyone we came across was very nice and professional. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again next time we are in town.

Ms Sylvia at the front desk was PHENOMENAL! She is precious and definitely made everyone smile with her positive upbeat personality and just overall welcoming presence.. made you feel right at home and truly cared for.

Very good accommodations at a reasonable price. Front desk Julia was very pleasant. Comfortable, clean room. Free Wi-Fi unless you wanted better service then it was $5.
Breakfast was ok. Got the oatmeal with walnuts and cranberries. It tasted odd so I did not eat it. Coffee was so-so.
We will stay again if stopping near Memphis

The property reaped of gasoline…Was assigned a room that was occupied by someone else. Used the door card, entered the room and saw someone laying in a bed… Was assigned to another room. could have been shot entering someone’s room..

We arrived with a reservation on Dec.29,2023, we were told the internet was down and we would have to wait at least an hour to check in at 9:30 pm. We said we have an early morning and asked what we could do. Shamika the manager, I think said we needed to go to another hotel. She also said the money would be refunded, but since we booked through Hotels.com, I needed to pursue the refund. After 2 long sessions one with a virtual agent and another on customer service phone, it was finally settled with a refund.
I understand internet issues, but when I called the hotel one night later, the desk clerk told me there were no issues the night before and they continued to check in people. When I asked her name, she hung up on me!

Hotel was in a secluded hotel area which I really liked. Check in was pleasant and so was check out. Only issue I had was the water temperature in the shower was not as warm as I would’ve liked it to be. Also for some reason the microwave wasn’t plugged up to an outlet so we had to plug it up on the floor. I found that odd but the beds were comfortable and I love that Netflix, prime and other streaming services come with the tv. I would probably return again.

Lady at the front desk was super nice i wish i would have remembered her name. Only complaint is the rooms air conditioning would short cycle a lot and the tv was from 2009 and barley worked

This is one very good hotel. The staff were amazing, talking and behaving as if they wanted to be of service. Simply a totally refreshing experience. The breakfast was full of great tasting food, well prepared and well seasoned. Even the coffee was wonderful. 5 star treatment at 3 star prices.

Located in the air traffic pattern and the room across from us apparently had a flood as the staff left a plunger and pile of towels in the hallway for most of our stay.

The room when i first got there yhe heater wasnt working so i had to go from room to room snd they finally send me to another room anf the heat wasn't ready so i had to go back to the 1st room

We had to ask for a microwave which was to be one of the accommodations of the room, shortage of towels and only 1(ONE) luggage cart for the hotel (unheard of) Front desk staff was very nice.

I was very pleased with my stay here and will definitely stay here again the only thing that I did not like was that the breakfast on Saturday did not start till 7:00 a.m.

The bathroom was not in good condition. The tub was DIRTY and had a slow leak/ drainage leaving standing water in the tub while showering.

I really did not want to post this. The staff was excellent as well as the room. However, they advertised airport transport which is a MAIN reason we booked here. Told the transportation would be by free Uber. However, because of the time of our flight, (leaving at 6 am)we were required to pay for an Uber. I requested a credit of 20.00 which expedia said I would get but I never did. Do not prepay with Expedia. Very difficult to change after the fact.
