We arrived earlier than expected due to travel restrictions that were beyond our budget, and the receptionist kindly assisted us with an early check-in at no additional cost. She took the time to explain the benefits of becoming a member and was incredibly friendly and professional. The manager was equally welcoming and helpful.
Even though the staff was very busy, they patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel valued as guests. The entire experience was excellent—from the outstanding customer service to the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle. If I return in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

That view!! Excellent. The breakfast could’ve been better, just not much of a choice. I thought we were going to get a buffet style breakfast. The shower door wouldn’t close all the ay, but the floor didn’t get wet. I think all bathrooms should have an exhaust fan and a scrub brush. Other than those things I had a great stay and will stay there again.
