The property is well maintained but showing a few rough spots and wear around the elevators. IMHO, for the price they charge, and considering the location with MORE than ample parking on-site, I think charging extra for parking is a bit over the top. Similarly, for the price of the stay, charging extra ($5-$9) for a fairly average breakfast semi-buffet is also "nickel and diming".

Great service, surprised how big room was, clean, nice and comfortable. I would definitely book again.

The staff especially in the dining were unkind and unhelpful. The hotel nickels and dimes you—free coffee but no tea, for tea you pay extra. Parking fee was not advertised and sent the daily rate up far more than I expected.

I wish there were more information letting you know you had to pay extra on top of all the fees and taxes just to park in the hotel parking lot. First time for me, been to major cities without paying for parking. Should be included in the room rates if it is going to need to be charged.

It was clean but old. The pillows are the worst thing about the hotel. They look nice and fluffy but they get super flat and hard. My neck was hurting and so was my back.

Check in was smooth. Check out was smooth. Everything was clean. We have had some bad experiences near the SFO airport so it was nice to find something where you don't have to worry going outside of the hotel.

We were exhausted at check in and all computers were down, but we were accomodated anyway and assisted to our room. It was late so did not really get to oay much attention to anything, but I can say the room was very spacious and the beds were suoer comfortable.

Lovely staff that accommodated our needs. Hotel could use a refresh. It’s near the airport so understandable but it’s time. Everything else was on par.

Hotel charges $20 plus tax per night for parking. This wasn’t disclosed on the Hilton website or the 3rd party booking website.
When I asked if there was nearby free parking I was told no, either pay or risk being towed.
Overall the staff was very nice. The rooms feel pretty dated, but they’re plenty comfortable. No breakfast included also, you gotta pay extra for that.
Don’t think I’d stay here again or recommend it. You can get a much nicer room with free parking and breakfast for the same cost if not less within 5 minutes of this hotel.

They did a fire alarm testing in the morning and the alarm blasted in our room and woke us up from our sleep. Lasted 15 unbearable minutes

We booked a room with two queen beds.
We had a late check in and they gave our room away to someone else and gave us a king. Had to have a single bed brought in.

One of the elevators were not working. The tile floor was dirty. I am sure the Hilton's would not approve. Other than that, the room was cleaned and staff was friendly.

The curtain won't completely shut and the street lights get through the room where the bed was . It was right on our faces when we were lying on the bed.

The hotel had good ratings and a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker in the room.
To my dismay the coffee maker was broken. I called and asked for a replacement. I was told they would bring me a new coffee maker.
They never did. The room was shabby too.

$20 per car per night for parking despite already paying to stay there was frustrating, especially since it was not predisposed and affects pre made budgets for large families. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable and made me and my family very sore the next day. My girlfriend is handicapable, so the pricy parking and uncomfortable beds poorly affected her weekend.

Cleaning of room was only on request, no replacement of coffee and they used to have a shuttle service. Expensive for a hotel with limited services.

Although, our complaint wasn't completely addressed, about the construction noise, the staff person decided not to charge us a parking fee. I was not aware that there was construction on our floor, right next to our room and that there was a parking fee, it was not indicated when I made the reservation. I'm once again disappointed by Expedia. The service at most hotels like this has really dissipated.
