Room was nice, had mini fridge and microwave which is very helpful when traveling with kids. Everything was in working order. The only issue was the parking we paid for, there was absolutely no spots and people parked on the sidewalks and handicapped spots

Very clean place, rooms are upgraded. Hotel appears to be fairly new. Expect to pay for parking, breakfast. There is a small cocktail bar with a great bartender. Easy to accessible location in downtown Worchester.

Had to park in a garage several blocks blocks away, I have two bad knees and a heart condition. bed was like throwing a mattress on the floor and all this for 300.00 a night!

It was a beautiful hotel that I wish I got to enjoy. :( I had to rush out of there at 1am as my babysitter called that my son fell off his bunk bed. So I wish I waaable
To stay but I had to leave very suddenly. Wish I could of saved the money and booked another time :(

At $303 per night the extra $15 to park on their property was over the top. My room was nex tto the elevator and the paper thin walls allowed me to hear everyone enter and exit the elevator. I would save the $150 extra per night and stay in Marlboro or Auburn.

Bathroom was gross and the bed did not have any form. It was lopsided and you sunk in - not good. Bar closed super early too.

It is not worth the money they charge. $160 per night for a cold room with ugly rusty shower, pilling ceiling, broken furniture, cracked switch plate covers and HVAC that spotted heating in the middle of the night.
HVAC is terrible. If turned to a heat mode, it will blow cold air out from 30% of the supply air duct.

The room was noisy (the guests were quite loud in the hallway). After paying an exorbitant amount for a room the $15 parking fee is ridiculous.

Had a great time in worcester. The hotel was great with so many people coming into to town all at once. Staff was always smiling and friendly

This property is in a very convenient location with easy access to other parts of Worcester and MA. It also is walking distance to the Worcester Art Museum which has an excellent reputation. Having breakfast available and a bistro with drinks and light food makes life much easier. The hotel has extremely friendly staff.

We got the room with 2 queen beds and a queen pull out sofa. For medical my husband had one bed my granddaughter the other bed and me pullout sofa. It was hard as a rock. I ended up buying an air mattress. On checkout I asked the clerk if anyone of the staff ever slept on the pull out. She didn’t think so. I told her they should try one and then order all new pull out sofas. And imagine my surprise to find we had to pay $15 a night to park in the parking lot.

The bed is king size and comfortable but the room is so small you can hardly walk around the bed and no room for luggage without tripping. Ok for single traveler but tight for two adults. No room for a chair to sit in except at desk chair with hardly any space. Overall layout uncomfortable if you need to spend any time in the room except to sleep. Services in hotel are minimal- a bar and Starbucks like grab and go.
