We have stayed at AmericInn in Laramie WY and loved it. The one in Kearney NE was very noisy, could hear someone coughing all night long, seemed like the walls were thin, and then the heater would kick on for 3 mins then stop. It was very clean and staff was friendly.

The stay was good. But I mainly wanted to stay here for the pool and hot tub. Both of which were closed. It didn't say that when I made my reservation. I was disappointed. I wanted a way to relax after my drive.

Not so nice. Sheets had rips and worn edges. Noisy. Lumpy bed. Lumpy pillows. Coffee ran out. They don’t like people with a dog.

Good stay. Pool area was closed as of 9/25 - doesn't look like it'll be open anytime soon so if you are planning a trip and want to swim or hot-tube, I'd call to see if it's open. Room was clean but bathroom had no vent so lot's of mildew in the ceiling. Breakfast was good enough. Nice walk to Cunninghams on the Lake (I'd recommend eating there).

Had my service dog with me moving from Virginia to Wyoming and knowing this was my last night before getting to my destination, I parked in the parking lot in front of the hotel. After gathering my things and my dog I walked in. I instantly knew from the older lady's crinkled up nose and face that my dog was going to be an issue. I stated my name to the younger gal that the older lady was training. The older lady told her that they was going to have to change my room because of my service dog. She also looked at me and told me that they didn't have any DOG rooms available. I was shocked that she would say that to me knowing I had a reservation. What am I supposed to do? It was hot outside, I was tired from driving and pulling a uhaul all day, and was literally on my fourth evening of my travels. I told the lady that I could tell by her face when I walked in that there was going to be a problem with my dog and that I thought that was very sad. I had mentioned that the three other places I stayed during my travels didn't make me feel like she just made me feel. I could see the horror on the younger gals face knowing that her trainer was saying this to me. They ended up keeping me in my original room but I felt so uneasy about the situation but was too exhausted to go somewhere else. I was frustrated that I had left my credit card at the front desk. The younger gal brought it to me and apologized for the older lady's treatment. I told her she shouldn't be the 1 apologizing.

Staff was very helpful and professional

Dining was close by. Seemed to be pretty clean facility and room, but tub/shower needed better cleaning

First they couldn't find our reservation for half an hour. We had a 1 month old and a one year old with us so that wasn't fun. The guy working was nice and let us sit in the breakfast area while we ate, but was still difficult with our children. Then when we were about to check out, we were lifting the bed skirts to make sure nothing was left and found a pill which ended up being a trazodone. This made me so angry because my one year old could have picked this up and ingested it and I would have had no idea what was wrong with him. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms!

Trash cans full & swimming pool was not working.everything else was fine

While our rooms were cleaned well, everything at this hotel is run down. The carpet everywhere is stained and worn. The breakfast was not good. The air conditioning left a musty smell. The electronic locks barely worked. The front desk staff were doing so many jobs, they barely had time to man the front desk. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The bed was uncomfortable, the staff was unfriendly, the water smelled terrible and the bathtub was dirty and would not drain. We checked into the hotel at 11 pm and when we woke up in the morning the donuts that we brought for the kids in the morning were covered in ants. Pictures in the review. When I went back and read other reviews this is not the first time the hotel has been told about their ant problem, it’s been going on for a while and they are not doing anything about it. I wish I had read the reviews before staying. When the hotel staff was confronted with this issue they did not care nor do anything for us to make it right.

Great kind people working all shifts.

I booked king bed but front desk gave me two queens bed without even asking for my permission. Totally disappointed. Everything is old and not renovated. You hear noice every time someone flush their toilet.

Just a solid, clean property.

Property staff was rude, there were ants everywhere, the water smelled HORRIBLE, the rooms smelled horrible, the pool was closed “for months” but there was no notice and the pictures still show a pool and there was a layer of just filth on everything. Would NEVER go back and we almost left.

The lobby and dining room was recently renovated and nice. However, my room was not. The room was dark even with all the lights on. The chair had stains on it. The room kind of grossed me out and I pulled the covers back to check for bedbugs. Luckily they didn’t have any. Would I recommend this hotel? It depends on you. If you want a place to crash and shower and eat breakfast then ok. I wouldn’t come back. I will stick with Best Western.

Staff was extremely helpful

Street outside was apparently a drag strip.

It was great. My only suggestion is to use a de-lime product on the tub in rm 313.

The staff was great. The hotel itself really needed to updated and cleaned.

Great place to stay no complaints

I was very disappointed when I chose a pet friendly hotel and was told to declare my pet upon arrival and when I checked in, there weren’t any pet friendly rooms available. There needs to be a way to make a reservation and declare your pet on the app. My baby had to sleep in the back of the truck all night.

The room

We chose this hotel over another equivalent but slightly cheaper one because of the pool. When we arrived, we were told that the pool had been closed for several months. The pool was still shown in the facility pictures. Kids were not happy. We'd also specifically reserved a non-smoking room and called ahead to make sure they did not use any scented cleaners or laundry detergent, as I am very sensitive. When we arrived, our non-smoking room had clearly been smoked in, and a scented "air-freshener" used to attempt to cover the smell.

Was convenient to interstate and to several restaurants.

Terrible check in procedure. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff generally deplorable conditions.
