Nice place to stay

This room was nice and beds were comfortable. Staff was nice! Loved the room! It was a nice place to stay!

Property was quite but it felt quite old with aged carpeting and old feeling cabinets and kitchenware.

Originally my first stay was great , nice room nice helpful staff … my 2nd stay was a night-mare but the night shift staff Leah did her best to accommodate my stay and fix inconveniences she didn’t cause which was appreciated greatly thanks for your professionalism during both of my 2 day visits .

Made me feel like I was at home!

Dirty, broken toilet. No towels. Fecal matter all over the outside of the toilet bowl. It was horrifying, but I hadn't slept in nearly two days due to travel. Left ASAP in the AM. Super gross. I have pictures

Lysol was sprayed to the point that we couldn’t take it anymore. Had to change rooms and when we changed to another room it smelled like mold

Very clean and awesome for staying a few days. Stocked kitchen. Oven. Fridge. Microwave. Great amenities. Friendly staff!

Pool started it was open during reservation. Pool was not open it is seasonal. The dates were not listed. A pool was on my must have list.

The staff are great. From cleaning, breakfast and front desk. They are awesome.

I appreciated them accommodating our request for a first floor room. The woman at check-in was friendly and helpful, as were the staff in the breakfast hospitality room. Our room was a handicap room and had a large bathroom. The shower (no tub) was a very large, unfortunately the shower curtain was short and did not contain any of the shower water, despite turning the shower head in the opposite direction and making showering more difficult. The entire bathroom floor became flooded! Fortunately, or perhaps fortuitous, there was a drain in the middle bathroom floor. But we had to push the water to the drain. After all the showers were taken, we used our dirty towels in soak up the water. Upon check-in we were asked if we wanted daily housekeeping, or upon request. We asked for daily. By 4:30 pm, we asked at the front desk and was informed that we could get a re-fresh after three days. We explained that we requested daily, and also the need for fresh towels since ours had to be used for the water on the floor. We were told that the housekeeping staff were finished for the day so we couldn't have it. We asked for at least clean towels. We were begrudgingly given two sets (for three people). When we said we needed an additional set, we were once again met with 'attitude'. Because we knew we would be eating in our room as we had our dog with us and would not leave her, we especially wanted the trash empty daily. There is more but unfortunately I'm out of room to type.

Very comfortable stay. Very convenient to everything, shops, grocery, highway. Very accommodating if you have pets. The rooms are nice and big. Good value for the money.

Reported a suspicious character stalking guests at 6am for personal information. Could use tighter security but all in all a great stay nonetheless

Quite area within close proximity to everything shopping, food, etc.

The rooms were very clean and had everything that we needed. In our particular case, we were within walking distance from the office, and the surroundings are very nice and very safe.

A very quiet location where the AC works very well! Breakfast was a nice spread of bagels, cereal, oatmeal, and coffee; all to which I enjoyed. I forgot my card in my room on accident, and I was given an extra card with no problems. If I come back for a work vacation, I will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice, clean, and convenient to my family (who I was visiting).

Parking is very tight. Staff was friendly. However you can here anything above you. Had a hard time sleeping. Pillows are very soft to soft. Pull out sofa was dirty. Very dated. Breakfast was not good and coffee was gross.

Parking is HORRIBLE! Especially when people bring trailers and campers…otherwise was nice

Bed old not sleep 10 mins. U,til i laid sideways wont go back. They need new beds, otherwise great place. But breakfast could be alot better for what you pay.
