Ive been to alotbof hotels in the area and one thing ive noticed is that they never show hospitality and politeness towards their guests. I can honestly say that my stay here was the first time ive recieved any kind of politeness and hospitality from the front desk. He passed no judgment or didnt make me feel like i was expected to be a problem. Ive always been respectful of hotels and never left messes. So there shouldnt ever be a reason for me to feel that way. Point being that he was very kind and treated me like a guest and made me feel welcome. A little kindness goes along way!!!!!

Checking in and out was very easy and friendly. But the inn itself is very dated. Bed was just ok and pillows awful. Paper thin bath towel. Convenient location to Cal Poly where we came to town to attend the football game.
I would not stay here again.

Property was quiet and somewhat safe looking. Everything is out of date. There is cracks and stains on furniture and walls. Beds were nicely made and towels seemed and smell cleaned. The sheets i think might have not been washed. We saw lint and hair the moment we arrived and saw the sheets. We slept in our clothes and wrapped the pillows in extra clothes just to be safe. If you need a one night sleep and next to fast food and freeway then this place is the place to be. Other wise not the best looking feeling place to be for a extended period of time.

My husband was upset there were blood stains on the coverlet and hair on the beds. We had brought blankets so we laid them on top. Otherwise it was pleasant for just needing a place to rest/sleep.

The cable tv did not work during the majority of our stay. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Good location and price was right. Get what you pay for.

No real huge complaints. The only draw back was the AC not really being a comfortable feel, either too cold or too warm and the bathroom being quite small. Otherwise good overall experience.

upkeep of the room was not good at all. noisy fridge, shower hard to use, all furniture old and falling apart. i have to stay the front office was great.

Old motel but rooms have been remodel . Nothing fancy , no breakfast . Motel outside & parking lot will need major improvement . Otherwise, fine with low demanding customer.

Dislike-missing remote unable to use tv 1st day, sideboards in bathroom were peeled from wall. Nightstand used as stand for fridge.

There was a moldy smell coming from the bathroom that made me nauseous and gave me a headache. It took the manager 9 days before he moved me to another room. That room’s refrigerator froze all of my food.

Non-smoking room smeels like smoke. Beds are tiny and don't look clean. Some stains.

Our room was fine. We arrived about 6 30 pm and couldn't get a downstairs or handicapped room. The room we were given was right next to an outdoor ashtray where people congregated and talked while smoking - right outside the door to the room we were assigned. On the plus side this place is right next door to a freeway and so well insulated we didn't hear the traffic!

Expedia reservation stated that property offered free breakfast, none was provided. Charges were different than those quoted by Expedia, and they were higher. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, but very old and dated. It was ok for a very basic cheap room, but charges too high.

Old old old. Bed is on a metal box so it clanks, AC is old. Bathroom fan is louder than a Harley. Very old. Will not come back. Not worth the price of 260 per night.

The place was run down. Super old furniture and stained chairs! Water damage on the bathroom walls!

Room is dirty and bed is uncomfortable. It says breakfast included during booking but staff says no breakfast.

At check-in the employee was not friendly at all. He could not get our key but said nothing just kept messing with the computer. Finally after 10 minutes my husband had to ask if we actually had a room. He just said yes, but nothing else. Finally five minutes later he calls someone to help him and they tell him over the phone our key was already made. The room did have microwave and small fridge, that was unexpected, but nice. The towel rack was hanging by an ink pen shoved in the wall. There was mold around the shower. The toilet handle was broken too. The remote did not work the television and the curtains would not stay closed. The room smelled like a smokers room. It was advertised breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all.
