Didn’t have wash cloths in room, only had coffee in thermos no breakfast.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. Then an hour of people arguing in the hallway as im trying to sleep.

I arrived and got a room that someone was already staying in. The second room smelled so strong of bleach that we were unable to stay. The beds were also dirty and one had several shoe print marks all over the sheets. Overall dirty place.

It was a dump, about the only thing that was decent was the shower water pressure. It was old, bathroom light fixture and towel racks were rusted, bed was old and lumpy. Plus, it was located by a Circle K that attracted motorcycles and it was really loud. The fake wood floor was old with crack and uneven. Thank goodness it was only a quick overnight stay. .

Our room was QUIET and we were able to sleep! The water pressure in the shower was good. The front desk service was exceptional. The night desk man came up to our room 2 times to assist us with first opening the door, and then getting the TV to work properly. The price for 2 nights was great! We will return to this Super 8 located in Chandler, AZ.

My bf booked this and I was worried when I read the reviews... everyone said the cleaning agent smells were bad, and the rooms had no closets or place to hang anything, and there wasn't a breakfast/restaurant just a muffin and yogurt in a brown bag... well all the reviews were right. When we walked in the lobby they had the front doors open and the chemical smell still hits you walking in, the room was dismal at best, no place to hang anything, there was an ironing board just opened by the patio but no iron to use, we couldn't air out the room as there was no screen on the slider and there were mosquitoes the size of our hands, the paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and the floors were pretty dirty so we always had shoes on walking around, and yeah breakfast was a joke it was a prepackaged muffin like you can buy in a big box at Costco and a mini yogurt in a brown paper bag. For our one night stay we managed, but if we had to stay several nights we would have moved to a different hotel. Not sure how they're getting away with charging over over $100 a night, this was not worth the cost.

Front desk worker was very rude, they charged 3x the pet fee as advertised on Hotels.com (hotels.com helped me with that though thank you). Still waiting for my deposit returned after 4 days which they accidentally doubled. Breakfast consisted of a paper bag with a bottle of water and an Activia yogurt and a spoon. The floors were dirty when we walked in, the bathroom was out of toilet paper, and the toilet was loose. The beds did not have a separate blanket just a sheet and top cover. The sliding door was screwed shut. Also the fridge was tepid but at least didn’t smell. For the massively over priced Super 8 I expected at least a little more and was disappointed.

It was horrible. Front desk person didn’t care for his job. He was unpleasant and was rude and arrogant with me.

Didn’t feel comfortable using it Bed sheets have stains The mattress was stained. Way over priced. This place at best should be $77/night. Don’t care what is happening in the city. It is not worth $250. Complained to front desk about screaming kids. Not sure if the did anything because kids continued to scream. Hot breakfast was supposed to be included. We get a muffin and yogurt and bottle of water. Not exactly a hot breakfast. Holes in the floor in some rooms. Screens bent and busted in windows.

The checkin was great a lady was very helpful, even after we were terribly horrified after reading the previous reviews. Got to room and check it, everything was cleaned and everything worked great. The breakfast was just water and muffins, that would be the only thing I suggest that should be changed for the amount of money paid.

This was the worst Super 8 I’ve ever stayed at. Very dirty, water damage, floors were sticky, tub did not work, TV didn’t work. All of the side doors to the motel have broken latches and remained open 24 hrs/day and were not secure. I will never stay at a Wyndham property again- ever.

Room was dirty. Housing keeping wasn’t “available’ after walking by the maid. Rude staff. Rate changed by $36 at arrival. Had to bring my wet dirty towels to front desk for inspection for exchange for clean towels. All trash cans on property over flowing

The room ac hardly worked ..there were no blankets on the bed only top sheet …ice machine was broken and no breakfast was served even though worn site claimed breakfast …won’t be staying here again

Towels were very old and different colors, wash cloth was stained grey, the lamps, night stands, fridge bathroom sinks were not wiped, leather couch was sticky. At check in the clerk said she didn’t make coffee all day, and the next morning @ 0800 no coffee again so I had to walk to Circle K. Hotels said Hot Breakfast but it was a bottle water with muffins and small yogurt. Only good thing was the pillows and bed but I was to tired to care less by then.

It’s too noisy. I can hear the people walking outside the room and the persons staying in the other room as well. Just, it’s not worth to pay $140 a night to stay.

The air conditioning did not work in the room and the lock was broken on the door. They did move us to another room but that room onlybhad one working lamp and no TV.

Needs a lot of work. Toilet leaking fridge leaking. Only good for a temporary stay honestly

There's a reason why Las Vegas hotels have plush carpeting, so you don't hear non-stop foot traffic all night. Leaking in the hallway outside the door with a giant overstuffed trash can full of trash meant to catch the drips which didn't work. No coffee available in the morning just hot water with tea bags so no hot breakfast don't pay any attention to that claim. One thin blanket not warm enough, air conditioning heating unit super loud. Lamp shades torn, lamp switch is broken so had to unplug lamps at the source at night. Do not stay here

The rooms and property we’re not in the best condition. See photos. I paid $150 for my room and it was not worth the price! Graffiti in the rooms, air conditioning didn’t work, hallway was very loud, mold and mildew in the bathroom, a baby cockroach which we killed and the lights in the bathroom were rusted and falling off the wall. Although all of the hallways were getting a brand new paint job so maybe someday it will be nice.

It's an older hotel nothing special, with no elevator. And really pricey as well. The pool was closed, breakfast consist of a bottled water and a muffin. No juices, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits or cereals. If you just need a place to sleep and that's it this could be the place for you. Orbitz, please get out to these places that's on your website. Thanks.....

They seem to have a lot of homeless living on the property and they are nosy followed us every time we came out

The guy at the desk would not accept my Utah paper Driver License. Utah state takes your plastic license and issues a legal license while waiting for my replacement. He would not accept it. Said it was company policy. I just stayed at a Super 8 on Sat in Kingman. He would not check with anyone, said he was the manager, period! Stayed at Motel 6 across the street...NOT WHERE I WANTED!! SUPER 8 HAS LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER FOREVER. Bad impression for Hotel.com!!! And Super 8...

Room lighting was poorly executed. 2 lamps by the bed, hand operated only. Shortage of outlets, 1.5 for charging/operating devices. None of the outlets located by the bed where I need one to operate my CPAP Machine.

The price was good, however, the rooms are rundown with large holes in the wall and holes in the bathroom floor. The tub is filthy and toilet paper holder was disgustingly dirty. The sheets have a huge dark gray stain on them. The TV is hanging so crooked I have to tilt my head. They charged a deposit of $150 for possible damages which is refundable. I'm hoping they don't think we made all of the damages...

First of all, my travel dates changed so I tried to cancel. But even with weeks of notice, these guys would not return my payment. So I said to hell with it, if you charge eme then I am going to stay. OMG. It was horrible. I have stayed at other Super 8's and there is a certain quality one gets from Super 8's, which is why I booked this one. First, we arrived about a 1/2 hour before the posted check in. We were told that if she was to check us in early, it would cost an extra $25. So I asked if we could just hang around the pool area. She told us there was no furniture there. The threw out the old and were still waiting for the new stuff. Great. So we waited in the car. During check in, I asked for a wake up call as we were flying out that morning. We were told that there is no wake up call service, but she will ask the morning girl to come and knock on our door. If she is not busy. Guess she was busy because there was no knock. Wanted to have a drink, but no ice bucket so grabbed a cup and went to the desk and she told me the one ice machine was at the end of the other hall. But it didnt work either. No ice. At first glance, the room seemed clean but as you moved around, you noticed dirty areas. Walking barefoot, I seemed to pick up a lot of things on the bottom of my feet. The room didn't even have a kleenex box. As you took a shower, you could see the shower rod pulling away from the wall. Poor maintenance. Now I have to think about if I ever will stay at a Super 8 again.

Front desk staff weren't very nice, kinda rude, hotel smelled like marijuana really bad, air conditioner in room didn’t work very good, mini fridge still had a bunch of food in it. Was not satisfied at all.

My boyfriend and I went to stay here and when we got to our room the bed sheets looked dirty and had big white creamy stains so we immediately checked out.

A good resting place

Refused a room because we had a service dog with us. Took ages to get a refund because they kept trying to site a "pet policy". Do not recommend

Television programming not working. Called front desk, no answer.
