Was not aware of no late check ins. So really don’t know what really happened ?? Got there no room of course, no one lobby closed had to sleep in car with my kids. then i don’t know if still I’ll be charged ??

Use more lighting outside,overall the property was good

Una experiencia horrible, hotel viejo, suzio y descuidado, la recepcion malisima, cobraban una trifa superior, y no pudimos dormir ahi aunque nos cobraron la noche, el clima no funcionaba, apestoso

Very dirty and unkeep. paint peeling from walls, holes in walls. Mold on bathroom ceiling

Not what I expected. Bath tub wouldn't drain water pool no longer existed toilet wouldn't flush there was no heater and it was cold this was the worst experience

The staff is nice. The breakfast is good. The price is normal. But the room has tiny flies flying all night. The sink was stuck when we lodged.

This hotel is old and dirty. People at reception are very nice but the hotel is in terrible conditions, the mattresses are old and uncomfortable and you sleep between ants and cockroaches, the remotes don't work and the tv is older than my granny. The cooler makes more noice than an old fabric and everything around makes you feel like in a narcos movie or a breaking bad chapter. Price is high for the conditions of your stay.

Your hotel check in person was not acceptable to my wife and was very rude to her! He was the worst person to my wife trying to get ahold of me and even hung up on her! She called back and he said no one will be here when you call back! I don't accept that! And I will never recommend this place to anyone! 0

Good for the price

No ice room smell bad Bath tub was like a dump Breakfast was not what expected

Water in the bath tub had to be turned on with a faucet hidden in the wall of another room. Someone had removed a panel to get to it. Air conditioner was very small and could not cool the room. Bed sunk badly and did not offer any support for my back. No remote control for the T. V. Channel reception was very poor. Did not fell safe around the hotel after dark. Ice machine was out of order.

close and convenient to the mexico border crossing

best thing about the hotel is that it is conveniently located to the Matamoros Mexico border crossing - we left our car parked at the hotel and walked across the border to mexico. The hotel was nice, the people were helpful - and all nice - but we liked the convenience to within walking distance of the mexican border crossing.

These people are all so great and very family oriented. They take time with you and make sure the stay is comfortable. Everything at the breakfast bar was beautifully laid out and so neat and clean. The lobby was comfortable, clean, and the nice sofa area was quiet and comfortable for reading or just sitting. The rooms are neat and comfortable, but very much in need of repairs/some updates. The window air unit is in need of being updated and the bathroom wet area could stand a redo-(new tub pluming, professional regrout/tile). Our room needed a new box spring coverlet redo, or new box spring mattresses. However, everything was maintained as cleanly/neatly as possible under those conditions. These staff are so wonderful I can't wait to see them again. They deserve the best for all their hard work and hospitality.

do not depend on breakfast-very little available would definitely go back there
