Staff was amazing at checkin and also throughout our stay. All the other staff we interacted with were friendly and very helpful.

We had booked a handicap room and when we got there, we were informed it was out of order. It would have been nice to get a text or email ahead of time. The receptionist was helpful, offering to refund without charge or upgrade. Since we could not find another close hotel with a handicap access room, we chose to stay. We were given a shower seat which was used in the tub with only slight difficulties. The breakfast was plentiful and the area very clean. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained.

A young man checked us in and was very friendly! In the evening I went downstairs to see if there was any bottled water for sale. He told us there were bottles for $1.50 but also offered us to fill up our water bottles for free using water dispenser from breakfast the juice machine. Very personable and friendly! My only complaint was we had an end room against stairwell and there was constant loud “drip/clicking” noise throughout the night.

The breakfast area was constantly monitored and any crumbs and spills were wiped away quickly.

Not super clean, bed cover had blood stain, carpet not vacuumed, bed not comfortable. Location of room was next to back door, very noisy starting at 6am (lots of skiers)… for the high star rating on hotels.com we expected better…

It is a great place to relax. Not much to do in the area, but probably because our stay was around Christmas time and everything was closed for the holidays. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Alessando. Thank you very much. The hotel can use a little update, but other than that we had a great stay.

The location is convenient and clean. The fireplace didn't work in our room which was a bummer, however I did receive a courtesy call prior to check-in and received a refund for the inconvenience. Staff was very friendly as well.

We stayed one night, with my family. It was amazing hotel ever we loved it, and we liked everything there. Very very clean , the pool is nice and clean , the breakfast is amazing too everything is fresh.
