Great property and great location. One item was really shocking… parking $45/night! Outrageous! Besides that all was well.

We had a lovely room at the Courtyard. Room was spacious and a small corner suite with a couch and TV sitting room. Mini fridge was a nice addition. Bed was comfortable and plenty of room. Check in staff was lovely and very helpful. It was JazzFest weekend and they were nice to offer recommendations on that. Overall very nice stay.

Great location. Easy to walk to French Quarter, WWII museum, restaurants and more. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent.

Right by all the action in the French Quarter, but just enough off the main drag to be nice and quiet. Rooms are big and clean, staff friendly and helpful

2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star. So much of our room was broken. Electrical outlets not working. Privacy shades stuck in one position. Shower door doesn’t close, flooding bathroom each use. 25 minutes to get our car from valet when we were the only person there. The “bar” is open but never staffed. Stand around for 10 minutes with no bartender in sight. Gym has 2 treadmills? Staff was nice though and the woman working the Starbucks was a pleasure.

Great staff who were helpful abd friendly and knowledgeable. Clean and conveniently located. Only miniscule complaint would be that there only seemed to be 1 elevator working. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location. Staff is friendly and attentive. Kudos to housekeeping!! Only negative is that our bed was way too soft for our liking. Having a firmer mattress is just our personal preference.

This hotel was the best! Very clean and friendly staff. The housekeeping staff was awesome! Every time we left and came back our room was cleaned.

The front desk was always very courteous and helpful. The room was clean where it needed to be clean: Sink, toilet, shower, sheets, towels.
I appreciated the floors were not carpeted, because we all know hotels do not shampoo the carpets. But they will mop a linoleum floor. Having said that, you could see dust bunnies under the furniture. But again, the part you walk on was clean.
The mattress and pillows need to be replaced. The mattress wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't comfortable either. The pillows were lumpy.
However, again the sheets and towels were clean and in good shape.
I don't know how full the hotel was, but the noise level was acceptable. It is very close to Bourbon St. which goes all night, and I didn't hear it enough to interfere with my sleep. I also did not hear any of the other guests through the walls.
My overall opinion is it is a decent stay and price point.

This hotel is a must stay for NOLA. It was comfortable and the perfect location for all the action in the French Quarter. It is close enough to be able to walk everywhere, but not directly on Bourbon street so you don’t hear any noise (at least we didn’t). The rooms are comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff here was absolutely amazing. I wish I would have gotten their names so I could recognize them all ! The room was spectacular and I loved the fact it was in close proximity to a lot of tourist attractions. I will most certainly be back !

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The hotel itself was very nice and included a subtle creepiness, which was perfect for its French Quarter ambiance.

Everything was perfect! You can hear a lot from outside as far as sirens but probably isn’t as bad when it’s not Mardi Gras.

The front desk woman at the hotel is AMAZING! Very personable and makes the stay that much more enjoyable! Went for Mardi Gras and the hotel remained clean and quiet the entire time!
