Excellent food choices; excellent Hotel Manager(s) who provided great recommendations for places to see; excellent pillows (soft ones!); ala carte charges for fitness or if you want to sit in sky lounge; great proximity to transportation.

Traditional hotel so the rooms are relatively bigger but kind of aged. Breakfast variety was limited but sufficient. Location is perfect, in the middle of Nagoya Station and its building has department store and two floors of restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

First time staying here. We were in Nagoya visiting Ghibli Park, and staying at this hotel really made the entire trip a wonderful experience. Hotel itself is very nice, and the access to transportation is great. There are so many shopping areas near by, and also there are so many restaurants right below in the tower. Yes, the hotel sits on top of the shops and restaurants. If I ever go back to Nagoya, I’ll be staying there again for sure.

The hotel is wonderful. Clean convenience safe and polite staff. However I wish they have a coin operated laundry.
