Amazing location but the room seems small for the price.

Very convenience to access the train/metro station. We stayed in the 18th floor. The train/metro station were located in 3rd floor of the same building.
Hotel staff could speak very good English and very helpful for your request.
Breakfast is above the average but we got almost the same foods every day. If they could change the menu a little bit, that will be big plus.
Overall, we will come back to this hotel next time. We recommend this hotel to visitors who wanted to stay in Shibuya, Tokyo.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. You just can’t beat the location.. right in the middle of it all. It was incredibly convenient. The room was a decent size. We had the 2 twin room. Beds were more like a large twin/full size. Not exactly the most comfortable though. From reviews of other hotels I’m thinking it’s on par with other hotels so may just be the norm. Overall, great stay and would stay there again.
