Late night stop headed to Knoxville on business. Check in staff was excellent and room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was friendly. Great breakfast for a hotel. The area feels safe. There are plenty of restaurants to chose from. The bed was not very comfortable.

I used the automatic wake-up alarm system on the telephone in the room and set it for 7 am. It called me at 6 am and when I complained at check-out, all I got was a "sorry" but no discount or other compensation for losing 1 hour of sleep.

This is hands down the best hotel in Cookeville Tennessee. Not only are the rooms super super clean as well as the hotel but the staff is the most courteous staff I have ever
encountered. You need to give these guys a raise.

We checked in late and were upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good too. Nice selection. The only negative was the bathroom wasn’t clean. The toilet was dirty, soap residue/clumps were in the shower and dirt and dust clumps on the floor. We come to the area often and will definitely be back.

We’ve found our new to go hotel in Cookeville. Everything was great here. Great food nearby and a good breakfast. The room was real comfortable and clean.

Very clean and quiet. Great bathtub! Only disappointment was the fridge didn't work. But I was only there one night so I just made do.

The room was clean. Beds were felt aged. Breakfast was sufficient and kept clean by staff during breakfast. Front desk staff had smiles and friendly disposition.

My stay here was very good! The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing! I will stay here again when I am back in town and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for clean, friendly hotel!

Good place to stay on a stop over. Room was great for what I needed. My dogs were happy so I was happy. Quiet and clean. Great service.

Bed was not soft enough for me. Linens seemed cheap. Tv and internet worked well. Heat/AC unit worked fine. Hairs (plural) on bathroom floor and key card in trash can made me think it may not have been cleaned?

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating when my friend and I changed our reservations last minute. The room was clean and comfortable, plenty of free parking, and more affordable than many other choices. Breakfast was understaffed, however.

Clean & comfortable. I would’ve given a five but the bathtub faucet is steadily dripping and bathroom sink is a slow drain. The food was warm and plentiful. Not great. Tasting coffee or hot chocolate. The staff were friendly and healthy. Thank you.

The hotel was okay. The room seemed clean at first glance but there was something on the floor was dog was licking that I wiped up, there was hair stuck to the wall, nail clippings on the floor, and the baseboards were coming off the wall with nails exposed. When picked my dog’s bowl off the floor, the bottom was disgusting. I’m not sure it had really been cleaned.

It did smell like smoke on our floor. I am assuming they had smoking and nonsmoking rooms on the same floor. However, our room did not smell of smoke just we just covered our mouth and nose as we walked down the hall to elevator.

Room was damaged—trim around perimeter separated from floor as if it had been pulled from the wall and left. Breakfast advertised as 6am but apparently the unstated policy is to not provide breakfast until 7am on weekends, as confirmed by staff.
